I'm not a food truckie type.No offense, just not something I go hunting for.I was drug out for a Friends Trivia night at a bar. Bored outta my skull, cause I've only seen maybe 3 half episodes of Friends & I don't drink (I know, I'm a square peg) I look over and see FOOD! Guy is setting up his truck, writing the menu out.Now I just recently ate and I'm trying so hard to be good and lose some extra pounds but damn those menu items looked tempting. Vegetarian AND vegan choices!!!!!!! Whhhhhhhhhat?!?!?!Now, sitting tight in a corner of this bar, listening to Rachel, Monica and Joey questions, I pushed my way through and made it outside!I ordered the Beef Burrito and my friend ordered the Cheesy Fries. Oh em gee! AMAZING! The service was great, food looked and tasted great and the truck was clean. Made it bearable to go back inside and forget where I was at. Haha!I also want to mention I watched them wash their hands several times- which is huge for me :)I'll eat there again if I see them around.

Stumbled upon the Geronimo's food truck and Mo was awesome. Super cool dude and the food was great. They have their menu on the side of the truck and all the food/drink items are on skateboards....how cool is that. I thought so. They didn't have carne asada when I was there but I had the chicken. And WOW I loved it, so much so that it's 1:47am and I decided to write this before I went to sleep.I had the chicken quesadilla and it comes with their homemade salsa which is amazing. I also asked what other kinds they have. Apparently the hot sauce that I had was an ancient recipe. The sauces and food is all hand made and nothing from jars. Everything was hot and prepped amazing. The hot sauce had a nice amount of heat in it, but it didn't last and over power the food. I should have asked to buy a jar now that I'm thinking of it. Next time I will ask or they should start selling it for more revenue...Anyways, another cool feature. They had an outside sink to wash your hands where they provided soap and paper towels. You know how happy that made me. I always do and have to clean my hands prior to eating and this topped it all off for the 5 stars. These guys get it. If I lived here I would be back at least once a week. When I come back to Tucson, I am in!!!! Great food, great service, and a fun vibe. Overall awesome and I will be back.

That's what 11$ gets you at this joint.... The Tuscano was tasty but I'd say add a small side of fries or a bag of chips dudes...

I've always been a fan of food trucks and had been hearing great things about this one. While at work I decided to drop by and grab the strongly suggested pork burrito. Enjoyed the atmosphere around the truck and didn't mind the slight wait and also though $6.50 was a pretty good deal for the size. Got home 15 minutes later and dove in to find a damn good pork sandwich (complete with Cole slaw)... but in a tortilla. Pork tasted fantastic, tortilla cooked perfectly, maybe could have used a little (more?) sauce (maybe in the slaw) but I still really enjoyed it.Looking forward to trying this place again.

Geronimo's Revenge has an awesome selection to suit all tastes! The vegan Mac n cheese was heavenly with cilantro and pico de gallo on top. The cashew based sauce and crumble is robust and flavorful. Calabacitas street tacos are affordable and delicious! Fresh good, friendly staff willing to explain any menu items. The truck is great too, with the skate-chalk-board menu gives it a really cool feeling. Awesome food truck, we'll definitely seek it out in the future. Thank you Geronimo's Revenge!

Tried the this food truck for the first time tonight. We had a Chicken Burrito (6.30) - The chicken was tender and seasoned right. It was made with whole pinto beans rice, shredded cabbage and salsa. The cabbage was shredded nice and thin giving just the right amount of crunch. Also tried a vegan taco with calabacitas, pickled onion, cabbage, and perfectly piquant salsa. It was delicious. The tacos are pretty tiny. They were 3.50 each or 3/$9. But the flavor was so big I didn't care. Can't wait to go back and try some different items. Everything was super yummy, fresh, & fast.

Wow! We stopped by Che's on 4/20 specifically to check out this brand new food truck. Everything we tried was delicious! I had the Tucsano and had the best dish of us all. It is labeled as a 'Tucson twist on the Cubano'. Came on some torta bread with grilled shredded pork, mustard, pickles, cheese, cabbage and who knows what else but it was amazing. I was told the carne asada torta and mac and cheese were very good too but I couldn't even bother with those. We are excited to go back as it seems they will be at Che's during the weekends. Excellent addition to our food truck scene!

Thank God, I finally ran into this food truck! I've heard nothing but good things and had been wanting to try them but didn't go out of my way. Lucky me, they were outside of Danny's Baboquicari (chill dive bar) for the Christmas party. I split a burrito with the hubs and quickly thought, I'm gonna need some mac and cheese after this, but I was too full so maybe next time! The burrito was bomb, the meat was full of flavor and it was juicy.

I tried the beef burrito and my husband tried the beef torta. Mmm where to start the meat was flavorless, the tortilla break as soon as I open the burrito, it taste like chorizo, and they told me that it was carne asada, and guess what? It wasn't carne asada, it was "carne desebrada (like beef for tamales)". I know Mexican food I lived all my life in Mexico so I know how a burrito should taste, go to filibertos, los betos, Jason's, other place but for a burro and a torta don't eat here. I think that what pissed more it that they sold the meat as carne asada and it taste like freaking chorizo, not even adobada o Al pastor, definitely I not recommend this place and I will not coming back.

I'm not quite sure how to define the category of food offered here. While it may provide a large Mexican menu, it offers some uncharacteristic treats like macaroni and cheese and garlic noodles. After randomly running across this truck in front of Che's on a Thursday night, we ordered the burrito and garlic noodles. We both settled on pork upon the recommendation of the worker. The garlic noodles were well garnished with cilantro, lettuce, and a spicy sauce. I can't say much of my boyfriend's burrito aside from the fact that as soon as he bit into it, he was raving about how good it was. The size of his burrito was a bit smaller than expected, given that I had a decent amount of noodles for my dish. The absolute treat to both of these dishes was, indeed, the pork. It wasn't overly greasy or dry and delightfully seasoned. I'm not sure what the other protein options taste like, but can almost guarantee that the experience was so positive, I'd have a hard time ordering something aside from the pork. If I were to go again (which is likely), I would definitely order the pork burrito. Prices are a bit standard for a food truck at $7 an entree, but the service was pleasant, wait wasn't bad, and the food was thoroughly enjoyable. For something we ran across by chance, I couldn't be more pleasantly surprised! Geronimo's Revenge has been around only for about two months, but I can already see it being a hit if more people were to stumble upon it.
