George Wine Shop

Great new wine shop for the East side of town! Family-owned with tastings and great personalized service. We joined the farmers wine club, so we get 2 bottles a month that are direct from local farmers. We love it! The wines have been unique, something we wouldn't buy on our own, it really expands our tastebuds. You can have your selections delivered for an additional 5.00. It comes with a card explaining the wine and where it's from, and comes in a cool box with a personal postcard from George! The shop will also begin having sommelier talks - I can't wait for these! George has been very responsive via email and on Instagram with answering questions and making changes! We enjoy the opportunity to buy local! We're definitely hooked!

What a great addition to Tucson's growing wine scene.George has a fantastic selection of unique and small production wine you won't see on your grocery store or big box store shelf, and his friendly approach to finding the perfect bottle for your taste/needs will make anyone looking to find something new a breeze.A must visit spot for anyone who calls themselves a wine lover/nerd.

Outstanding selection, outstanding service!! You will not be disappointed at the selections and the help provided, if you are overwhelmed. Extremely knowledgeable staff and they deliver in town! I should add that I'm an out of towner and wanted to get something nice for a family member, George was so helpful with accommodating my questions and navigating me to something they would like! It was so easy to do over the phone!

We love George's shop! We are more novice wine-drinkers, always on a budget, and George and staff always recommend accessible, delicious options. Their wines in the $15-20 range have been outstanding. The shop is organized in a thoughtful, approachable way with categories that are helpful and informative.
