I measure a business by two criteria: (1) top-class listening skills and (2) responding to errors with solutions. The people with whom I have interacted consistently over the years at CODAC Cobblestone on Ft. Lowell and Moutain are David, Cameron, Marco, Fred, and Lydia. At one time, a refill error was in play; my refills did not go from my prescriber next door to Genoa. THIS WAS NOT GENOA's mistake. IT HAPPENED that I could have gotten annoyed at folks for not filling my meds. "perceiving it as, refusing me service." The reality was that the "electronic system" records (not a data entry error; a system error as the system reset itself) said that my visit with said prescriber was a no-show. This would trigger a hold on my refills from being allowed. I recall I had called to find out what could be done, and Lydia offered and insisted on following up with the front desk at Cobblestone and chatting with my prescriber's assistant. I said I would follow up. It's my meds and my life quality. No business can be perfect at all times when the consumer-client is in flux. ... As in, I moved, my meds updated, I changed my phone number so they couldn't call me as their extra mile courtesy to check how I want to get my meds or have them mailed out. Lydia still tracked me down from Cobblestone records and phoned me after the two contact changes and medication updates. And kept it up and called me until I let her colleague Fred know I am a big kid now thanks to medication adherence and can go collect scripts without a reminder call. **The minimal amount of time I have been at this Pharmacy for all of my meds is 5 years and the least amount of time I interacted with the shortest-tenured person I can think of is 3 years. Never a lapse in professionalism. **If that moves you, plus convenient parking, security on-site, cleanest restrooms I've seen outside of family-run places that love kids, and again, meds that are never wrong in their packs, then yes, this is a good choice, one of more than one. They say in CODAC that options are out there, and not only one option is best, but this option, Genoa Rx at COBBLESTONE on Ft. Lowell, is my go-to. Thank you, Genoa Rx at CODAC Cobblestone. I am very grateful for y'all. If you want to try them (520) 257-1539. A human answers. No phone tree. :)

Genoa provides my prescriptions at the Speedway location in Tucson, AZ. It is extra special that it is in the lobby of CODAC (which conveniently provides a security employee to watch over the site). It also has enough parking spaces. - The prescriptions are correct and on-time. The Pharmacy staff are competent and friendly. They are helpful by phone if a conversation is needed at any time. - They provide all my prescriptions from all of my MD's and other physicians. I highly recommend them no matter if your scripts are from CODAC or otherwise. Louise

Hi. I have a previous review. I would still recommend CODAC, but only on Alvernon. My provider at the Ft Lowell location, started giving me terrible service that did not meet my needs. I asked the Medical Director (through hand delivered letter) to assist me - and he did not respond at all. I am now at the Alvernon location with much better service. I recommend the Alvernon location of CODAC.

Just a quick but huge Shout Out and thank you for going the extra mile, contacting me and asking if I needed my next month refills and if mailed out (I believe it was James that called?). Going through some very rough times (in addition to the pandemic), staying with family for now and thus needed my prescriptions mailed. We all too often hear negative comments about pharmacies, but most work their you know what off and are vastly unappreciated. So again a big thank you here! You guys Rock.

I have been utilizing the services of Genoa Pharmacy @ Codac Behavioral Health on Ft Lowell. They are exceptional. My scripts are always ready ahead of me picking them up. Unlike the despicable so called service provided by Walgreens and CVS where I would arrive 2 days after they were supposed to be ready and told to wait until they filled them. I waited for over an hour one day @ Walgreens & 45 minutes @ CVS when I had read on my App that they were ready for pick up, or I wouldn't have allowed Walgreens & CVS to waste my time. The staff at Genoa is always friendly and provide exceptional customer service. I particularly appreciate Fred, Cameron & Marco. Thanks to the whole Genoa Team. Gary C.
