Wesley and Geeks 2 you to the rescue! My room mate had a scammer smooth talk her and install malware on her computer and phone. The window Geeks2you window was between 9 and 10am. Wesley arrived promptly at 9am, and got right to work. All issues with her computer and phone were resolved promptly. Wesley was professional and the service was very reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to use Geeks 2 you in the future.

Geeks 2 You is still my go to for IT support and I'm still happy with their services. I've gone to them 3 or 4 times now, each time I've called them, they're able to help me same day or the next, pretty amazing. I'm sure there are times that they aren't available that quickly, but I've yet to have a long wait time. Fox came out to my house this most recent visit and helped do some cleaning up of my computer that was moving like a snail. He was very professional and patient with my questions. He also taught me about the things I should consider when selecting my next computer, as I'm due for an upgrade. Pricing has gone up from my first review to $125/hour. I still think it's fair, their service is great, they come to you! I've never felt like they're trying to sell me anything I don't need. I trust them to steer me in the right direction.

My hard drive failed and so I brought my PC in on a Friday afternoon. Just a few days later I have a new SSHD and a fresh copy of Windows 11. I like my "new computer"! Great job! Would recommend.

Outstanding communication and professionalism. I dropped off my computer expecting a 1-3 day turnaround time and got a call within hours. We discussed all the issues involved and my options at length. In the end, I spent nothing, got fantastic advice, my computer issue was resolved and I plan to bring other devices to them again in the near future. The technician I met with is the in-house Mac expert and she is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and overall brilliant. 5-stars = EXCELLENT!

on 12/30/2024 I was schedule for a Free 20 minute Counter consultation to discuss the problem I was having with my HP Laptop, which would not power on. The Tech check the computer and stated that the motherboard was bad. I then asked him to check to see if I would be able to access the hard drives data in order to move it to another computer. I gave him permission to open that computer to check. He then tells me that the hard drive was corrupted and un-readable and suggested that I purchase their $200 membership to attempt to access the information with a "Level-1" assessment. I did not trust him and decided to take the computer to SWS in Tucson, that very same day. The check the hard drive and told me it was fine and then sold me a SATA Hard drive SSD to USB 3.0 Adapter so I could just pull the file off the hard drive myself. Total cost was less than $40 bucks. I feel like your employee just tried to rip me off. I should not have gone your store in the first place. It was just a waste of my time.

totally inflexible. i contacted them via yelp, which included my question. the response was, "when do you want an appointment?" i wrote back, "pls answer my question!" never heard back from them.i wanted to talk to a tech first but the "dispatcher" said "we don't do business like that. you have to book an in home appt to talk to a tech."not recommended - avoid themhowever i got excellent service with ZICRONE. Ask for Isaac!

I have utilized this company 3 times, and each time, it has always been outstanding. Wesley was the most recent, and helped me a great deal with windows 11, files I lost, and much more, to make it easier to work with W 11.. He had great ideas, and solved every problem. He is kind and personable, with a genuine personality. And he knows what he is doing! The staff has always been respectful, and will teach when we ask, with patience. They were recommended by an elderly friend, a while ago. She told me how kind and helpful they are. That really sold me, and I have never been disappointed. Thank you G2U, and particularly Wesley.

I had a horrible Windows Update problem which Wesley worked on. The first fix did not work but he then took the machine and laboriously tried many optional updates, eventually finding that an "optional" update was actually required for the update I was getting pushed to not brick my machine.Wanted to say that this was EXCELLENT service and worth every penny. Will always come back to Geeks 2 You. I have used them several times and always happy with the results.
