I just came back from Gasoline Alley, they did an alinement on my car. They brought me back in the shop to show me how jack up my alinement was. Very honest, good at explaining, and fare pricing. It`s the go to place for repair..........G. Green

Absolute worst experience. They had my truck for almost a month in total and I had to bring it back three different times. They even had to send it to a separate shop who was also just as unconcerned and put my vehicle last even though I had already paid in full. They left my truck on empty and it was running worse than when I had dropped it off, no joke. John is very nice and easy to deal with and was kind, but the owner Matt is arrogant and condescending. Do not hand them your keys!

After taking my 06 Tundra and my wife's 13 RX450h to Gasoline Alley for service work, we thought everything was ok. Then things did add up. They charged me $109 to install 2 parking lights on the front of my truck, they still don't work after two attempts, or non attempts.Just got my wife's RX back from their service, oil change and filter etc., checked the oil before our trip to SD, it's 1 quart low, we paid $80 for the oil change and they didn't put in enough oil!?We'll go elsewhere now.

Went to Gasoline Alley last May. Perhaps the worst experience i ever had as far as car repairs go. The stick shift on my car was very stiff and hard to change gears. I also asked for an oil change and a trip tic.I was leaving for California in a few days and wanted everything checked out, My car is older with low mileage.I was told my car needed a new clutch, I picked it up later that day and was charged 1,300 dollars for clutch and oil change etc. I was not shown any old parts that were replace but took his word for it.Two days later I went back because the car was still very hard to shift gears. He said I needed to break the new clutch in.I left two days later to drive the car to Los Angeles and I made it as far as Phoenix when the car over heated and the stick shift stopped working it was very loose and just flopped around. It was a 105 degrees and i had my dog in the car..I was so angry. I called gasoline ally and they arranged for a tow truck. The tow truck took 2 hours to show up, When Ifinally picked the car up the next day, turns out the car had hardly any radiator fluid , which should have been checked when they did the trip tic, the stick shift wasn't working because the chains needed replacing, which should have been repaired perhaps instead of a new clutch which I am not sure they even replace. So I had to pay for these repairs and for a hotel in Phoenix. Was my clutch even replaced? I can only say that i will never ever return to Gasoline Alley, I feel they don't know what they are doing or they are. rip-off or a bit of both, I am not sure.

I have been a customer of Gasoline Alley for 10 years. During that time, they serviced the last truck my husband bought in 2010 for oil changesm tires and any maintenance required. I trusted them and had complete confidence in the work they did for me. After the shop was sold, I continued to go there. When they suggested shocks and strut 1.5 years ago, I did not hesitate to do it. The truck is a 2010 with about 85,000 miles on it. On February 15, I was going on a cross country trip and took my vehicle in for service and oil change. I received a call that I needed to replace my shocks and struts on the truck. When I questioned it, they checked and said it was a mistake. No problem. I picked up the truck and headed for the east coast. After I arrived there, I did not drive the truck, I had access to another vehicle. Before I returned, I took the truck to Jiffy Lube for a service check and oil change. The manager came to me and told me I was a quart low on oil and questioned when I had it changed last. This was on April 8. I checked where I had parked the truck since I got there and there was no oil or leak of any kind. It appeared as the oil had NOT been changed. The filter was not clean either. I paid for both. When I returned, I made an appointment with another shop and parked the truck in my garage. When I took it to be serviced, there was not a drop of oil in my garage. The shop I took it to, said my oil was full and there were no leaks. Later I read another review in a similar situation. I did approach the management at Gasoline Alley about this situation, but was told they sometimes have new help and maybe it was just a mistake. Considering I was on a 2500 mile trip alone (with my dog) running a quart low on oil, it could have been a very expensive mistake for me. Personally, after the shocks and struts and now this, I do not think it was a mistake. I was taken advantage of. During the 10 years I used Gasoline Alley, I reccommended many people to them. I will not be doing that and I will not be using them in the future. Be cautious on what they do and reccommmend , if you do.

I have been getting 2 cars serviced here for the past 3-4 yrs. Never had a problem until today when I called for an appointment for an oil change and was told it would be a week. Always got one in a couple days at the most. Too bad. I will be going somewhere else from now on.

I had my car in the shop they had it for over a week The issue is still there and it is worse and they don't have any technicians at this location that know what they're doing apparently because my vehicle is still not fixed it's worse than what it was when it went in I do not recommend this place.
