I came here due to the convenience, and I continue to come for the reasons listed above. Not only can they complete repairs in a timely, thorough, and efficient manner, but they are great for vehicle maintenence as well (oil changes, tire rotations, etc). Garrigan's is now my one-stop-shop for all things car, and I absolutely reccomend their services. If you are the kind of person that does their own repairs, then you can rely on their thorough inspection to guide you in the process. They have always given me the information I need to do it on my own, but because of that trust, I always end up having them do the repairs! I have a great time sitting in their comfortable waiting area, where I can work on the things I need to while I wait for my vehicle. They will work with you in whatever way you may need, and make the entire process very simple. I can honestly say that this is the BEST auto repair shop in Tucson!

Had a bad coolant leak that needed immediate attention. I live across the street and I had heard great things about Garrigan's so I decided to give them a call since my mechanic was unavailable. Car broke down Saturday afternoon, I called them first thing Tuesday morning when they opened, explained the situation and they told me to bring it in that morning. Got a call back within an hour, was told what was wrong and they gave me what options I had regarding fixing it. I was quoted a price and I gave them permission to proceed. They updated me every step of the way and they had the car ready the next morning as promised, despite being very busy. Thomas was friendly, professional and knowledgeable the whole process with all my questions and concerns regarding my car. Car repair is never cheap but I was charged a reasonable price for the repair, exactly as quoted the day before. I was also advised on future repair options but was never pressured into anything. All in all a great experience with this shop. I would not hesitate to go back for any auto repair needs.

I've brought my car several times to garrigan's and they have always giving me prices that are much better than the dealer, taken care of every need that my car has had. I had a wheel bearing replaced here. I also had my front struts replaced and control arms. They did great work. They also helped me to locate a rattle inside of my car and eliminate it. They are good friendly and honest people and a Christian business as well. I highly recommend and will continue to take my car to Garrigan's

If I could give these people a -10 I would. They put the life of my daughters three month old baby in jeopardy. I went in telling them that I was having a problem with my AC and described it. They advertise that they will check your AC for free, they sold me a new engine fan (which I needed) but didn't even check my AC. I just got off the phone with them and they admitted it. They didn't open up the dash which takes five minutes. I was driving over the AZ/CA border the next day after they supposedly fixed my AC -~ and the place that I went in the middle of nowhere said that it would be *egregious* for anybody to claim to be checking your AC to not to see that the cover of the filter was missing. They KNEW I was driving with a baby! and they had the audacity to try to tell me that they had a "side" of their story as to why they didn't do a proper inspection. Totally inhumane and mean beyond measure. Do NOT go there. They do not care about people. They might pretend they do, but they do NOT!.

My daughter's Audi stopped running unexpectedly.We had it transported to Garrigan's Auto Repair shop in Tucson. Thomas immediately helped us. He was upbeat, friendly, helpful, organized and professional. He did a thorough diagnostic inspection to pin point the problem and make the necessary repairs. His communication was timely throughout the process. My coolant hose detached from the outlet. I was just next door at the QuikTrip when I assessed this. I called them and they said no problem, they could fix it. Limped the car over there. Guy said that the car would have to cool down to work on it. Cool down? The hose and outlet are at the front of the engine compartment. In the last four days, I've worked on it, even in short sleeves when the engine was hot. Not a big deal at all."How long will that take?" "About a half an hour." (I needed to be at work in 35 minutes.) "So after that, then what?" "We will need to fill it up with coolant and that will take about 30 minutes." What?!!! 30 minutes to fill the system up with coolant. Does he think I'm ignorant or stupid or something? It would take a whole 5 minutes max to fill the car up with coolant. Nope, I'm just leaving this place.Autozone close by on Craycroft. They lend me tools. Guy there suggests changing the very difficult hose clamp for an easy one. I get everything fixed and new coolant in the system in 20 minutes.Look, a lot of people obviously like this place. Cool. Keep bringing your business to them. But as for me, I feel they were trying to rip me off to get an hour's labor on a very easy and quick fix.5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money.4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business.3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it.2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money.1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

Love this place! They were super knowledgeable and helpful. They changed my brakes and that same day someone pulled in front of my car in the middle of the road. I stopped very fast and was able to avoid a collision by less than a foot. Highly recommend!

In an odd situation with my vehicle, Garrigan's went out of their way to make sure my vehicle was taken care of and were willing to work with another business to get the job done. They went above and beyond and I cannot thank them enough. I will be returning the next time my vehicle gives me any type of issues.

My daughter thought her AC wasn't blowing cold air. I made an appointment and when I got there, they were BUSY! The bays were full & so was the lot.Thomas pulled the car up and checked it out. No problems, but he said to bring it back if there were any issues.They were professional, courteous and did the diagnosis quickly, even though it was so busy.I'll be bringing our vehicles there when needed.
