They were prompt to reply, arrived when they said they would, and did a great job. It was more expensive than I expected, but I didn't really know what to expect, so I can't speak to good value. I'm happy with the quality and 2 year warranty.

Fusion came out the same day I called them. It wasn't an emergency they just have great service. Kyle was great and knowledgeable. Changed my valves and hooked up my vanity. The price was reasonable. I also like that Kyle gave me a call saying he was on the way over.

Adam and Kyle do excellent work and are ridiculously responsive. Impressed with my multiple HVAC emergencies (my fault) and projects they've done for me.

Kyle arrived on time and ahead of schedule and he went over the estimate to replace my sink and was very honest that my valve was leaking for the shut off, and that it needed to be repaired, before even starting the service of my bathroom sink, he estimated me the cost which was rather amazing for what you get especially for plumbing services around Christmas. The business offers $99 a year subscription which covers 15% off services needed for your home, as well as annual check ups for water, leaking, air conditioning, heating and water heater. If you buy your own faucet, there is a discount versus them supplying a faucet for the bathroom sink just make sure you measure it ahead of time before purchasing the whole install took about two hours, but the technician wanted to make sure everything was situated correctly. I would highly recommend this business for the straightforward pricing, online account creation, and scheduling online.

Adam did an outstanding job on cleaning out our pipes. I no longer have to worry if the toilet will flush anymore or empty into the shower! He was diligent in finding the problem and solving it. Thanks so much!

Our Air Conditioner quit working during a 95 degree afternoon and Fusion was the only place that could service our unit the same day I called. They repaired as needed, the only complaint is that I felt the cost for the service was excessive but admittedly it was on the weekend.

I needed a kitchen faucet replaced on a tight timeframe, this did not include the cost of the faucet which I had already purchased. Fusion gave me a quote of $405 which included a $150 Saturday fee and then after many texts back and forth, said they didn't think they could complete it on my time schedule. I called another company which replaced the faucet and 2 shut off valves (not included in Fusion's bid) for $175 on Saturday on my schedule. Fusion was trying to take advantage of my need to get it done quickly by charging me extra fees and then didn't have time to do it quickly! Be careful, these guys charge a lot and don't work with you if you need something done right away.

In July, I had Fusion Plumbing come out to work on my residential HVAC system. The plenum wiring had to be redone which was completed ($1,500)They also suggested cleaning the furnace coil ($2,300+) which was declined until returning from vacation.I've been sent 2-3 emails asking to pay the balance due for the estimated work listed that wasn't completed. I obtained a 2nd estimate from another HVAC company. They said the work suggested by Fusion wasn't nedeed or necessary.***AVOID FUSION PLUMBING AT ALL COSTS!***

Very good experience. Kyle arrived the same day I called, and took care of my plumbing issue efficiently and professionally. He was knowledgeable and respectful. I will call this company again if needed.
