Furniture Connextion

Probably the worst quality furniture I've ever bought. I've bought many items from Ashley, Levitz and Big Lots and all those were superior in quality. I will never buy from here again or recommend them. A complete waste of money.

Prices are fair to high for quality of inventory. Differences between sales personnel, choose wisely. Older woman, Cynthia, I believe, can be assuming and snarky besides never remembering her returning clients. Ensure prices prior to arriving for purchase, again salesperson key in this area, avoid the aforementioned. Would get 3 stars, but the salesperson didn't try to ensure a good deal and needed to polish their people skills. Doubt, we'll be back. 4th purchase, and nothing ever changes. There are plenty of options in Tucson and in the immediate area of their location.

I was not a fan of the prices or selection.

Ordered 4 dining room chairs, over a month ago.Said they were in stock, and I would get them in less that 3 weeks.Never heard word one from them, so I called to ask, never even got an apology. So, I just cxl them. I will not do business with them again.

I was greeted when I entered and offered assistance. The salesperson was helpful and knowledgable. They have some nice items that appear to be of good quality and the prices reflect that. You have options on fabric that you can choose from for the sofas, chairs, etc. but there is a waiting period of about 4 months for most pieces. I saw some nice things but don't want to wait that long so didn't purchase anything.

Excellent choice of furniture and the greatest delivery service I have ever had. The salesperson gave us amazing service, explained the advantages of each piece, and was able to suggest pieces that went together and met our needs. Not something I experience very often. And the furniture we purchased was extremely high quality. If I had more room, I'd buy more from this store.

Quality of the furniture was good, but don't bother buying the Montage Furniture Insurance protection plan. It is a gaslighting operation. They will nitpick the definition any problem to disqualify the claim. Which is typical for any insurance. Save you money and don't buy it.

Moving to a new home after 22 years can be daunting. This was also our first purchase of high-quality furniture, and we weren't sure what to expect. Fortunately, Cynthia Cushman at Furniture Connextion helped us navigate the waters effortlessly!We were greeted with a smile and offer of assistance upon arrival, and - though also actively working with a young family - Cynthia made time to thoroughly answer all our questions. We did not order that day, but when we went back one week later, Cynthia remembered us and provided excellent advice, preventing us from making a purchase that would not have worked in our home. Cynthia even took time to look at the layout of our rooms to make sure various pieces would fit and offer layout suggestions.We ordered three pieces from England Furniture for the living room (custom fabric selection is extensive!), and six pieces from Intercon Furniture's Oak Park Mission line for our master bedroom. As others have mentioned, the prices were in line with the quality and personalized service.All items arrived prior to our move-in date, and Cynthia notified us immediately upon their arrival.We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Cynthia and our experience with Furniture Connextion. Great place to shop!

My wife and I ordered two swivel chairs, we were given a timeframe of 4-5 weeks. We are now on the 10th week with no delivery date. Multiple and misleading dates given from sales staff. My wife spoke to the owner who was unapologetic and offered no resolution. We recently received another pushed back date, my wife emailed the owner directly for a response on 11/17 with no reply and no further communication from her. We feel misled and honestly will never return to the store again.

have been in the process of moving from my home of 23 years, to a 1 bedroom apartment that is about a third of the size of my former house. I have been emailing a very kind, patient and yet highly professional salesperson by the name of Kevin Pittman for at least 3 months now. I finally decided on several pieces of living room furniture...and the order is finally in and I should receive it in 3 to 6 weeks. I have paid for delivery AND assembly, because I cannot do any of that myself. I look forward to getting and seeing the furniture I ordered, and I am confident that Kevin at Furniture Connextion will be ready and willing to continue to help me, as I press forward later, with an order for bedroom furnishings. Kevin mentioned that he and I have the longest email thred in the history of the company...and he is probably right. So...Kevin exemplifies kindness, sensitivity to my needs, a high threshold for patience, knowledge of merchandise, professionalism, and a great sense of humor to boot!
