Drive all over town looking for champurrado..finally stopped at funland raspados on Irvington..found some!!! It was a rainy afternoon and I got my champurrado..we drove up to the drive thru waiting for my hot delicious drink..and when I finally got it!!! It was COLD!!!! Come on...cold champurrado....we went back to get it warmed up..I will never go there again..and wait time was long...Do not buy champurrado from there...they had to microwave my drink and it wasn't very good....it tasted liked spoiled milk!!!! I do not recommend this place for Champurrado.....or anything at all...that was a waste of $10!!!!!!....update...took the champurrado back and had them taste it!!! YES!!!! They confirmed that it was spoiled milk!!! NEVER will I buy anything from them again....I will report this to the Health Department..Please Beware on what you buy from that place..."I'm sorry" isn't going to fix the problem

The hubby and I only came because it was highly recommended by his brother. He got a strawberry raspado (sno-cone) with vanilla ice cream. They used fresh strawberry juice and strawberry as well a hard vanilla ice cream (one scoop) in the center of the raspado. He did not have any complaints and was happy he could put as much Lechera (sweetened milk) on as he wanted as that was self-serve. I elected to try their banana split. It was quite appealing seeing as they used fresh strawberries and pineapple to top it. It had granola instead of nuts and that was surprisingly delicious. Initially, the banana split looked great until I realized there were three large vanilla scoops stuffed into a hot dog sized to-go styrofoam tray. It was topped with whipped cream and a stingy drizzle of chocolate sauce and one half of a banana. For $5.25 it was not worth it. The ice cream was so cold it broke my plastic spoon and once I picked up the tray it made a mess. I had all of these ingredients in my lap, on the floor and in the car. A totally sticky mess. The customer service needs major improvement. They spoke English and Spanish but were not at all welcoming or appeared to be happy to have customers. Upon entering there are two side: the left is filled with party/event planning items and separate cashier stations (2) there and on the right is a small counter with one cashier station, small kitchen area with a small freezer for a selection of dessert and snack items.Oh, the parking area is free and there is plenty of it.

Really delicious! I had raspado without ice cream. Super delicious. Didn't take like tap water like most places I've tried. I also had the nachos and churro. All pretty decent snacking. Customer service was great. English and Spanish speaking. 4 stars because I believe there is always room for improvement

The raspados and duro con verdura are so good on a hot Tucson day like today (103 degrees outside). Don't know about their party renting but come for the raspados. You won't be disappointed.

So we ordered a basic tiger piñata for my kids 1st bday 3 weeks ago. I was told to pick up on the day of at noon. Once I arrived the piñata was not there but they were nice and to get rid of me they said they would take it to my house in 45 min and that I shouldn't worry and I should go home and continue prepping for the party. So I thought "man what an awesome place!" Door delivery to sahuarita for not having the piñata on time that's how everyone should to business. At 2 pm mind it over an hour late at this time they all me and ask me to meet them half way after they told me they would deliver to my house, I said absolutely not you said you would bring it now you bring it. Party started at 3pm and the piñata was nowhere to be found and they hadn't called me to tell me anything . So I called the lady and she said that she had just quit but if I gave her my address they would bring it. I called the owner who had already given my address to the delivery lady and she had no clue what she was doing and said she had txt the lady and promised to call me back. 4:30 came around and no call... So I called back and they said they were on their way . 5:30! Came and they finally got there when the party ended at 6pm! After being embarrassed and the owner never calls to apologize or anything.I always try to support Mexican owned businesses because I want my people to succeed and stuff like this happens. No regards for your time and money ( they charged me $67 for an under 3' piñata that was supposed to be a tiger and they gave me a tigger form pooh .) what a poorly ran business and apparently by the reviews this is not the first time. I will never buy anything there, and I'll make sure no one I know does. Good thing my 1 year old won't remember this. Disgusting business practices.

Oh Funland...We reserved the train for my son's 3rd Birthday party 2 years ago. Paid a lot of money. Two days before the party took place my husband and I stopped in and made sure to confirm time and address omce again with the owner. Long story short the staff & train arrived 3 hours late to my son's birthday party. By the time they had finally arrived a few of our guests had already left the party. The excuse was that they got lost on the way to our house. Even though they had both our phone numbers written down on the contract & invoice, not once did they bother to call us or answer any of the multiple calls we made the entire time.We were so irritated and upset that we didn't even bother to argue with them. They had already ruined the party for our son and guests. We just tried to make the best of the situation. At the end of the day we were very disappointed. The following week I called in a few times to try and speak with the "owner" and address the issue. Unfortunately, he also never returned any of our calls. We finally gave up on trying. We simply did not want to waste anymore of our time. It must be habit for them to do business this way! Very unprofessional and unethical. I would not recommend.

I walked in to order a piñata and the girl at the counter barely looked up to acknowledge me...when she finally did I asked if I could order a piñata (which I have done many times before). She told me I couldn't order a piñata unless I got a package such as chairs and tables and then I could order one. She she too busy cutting something out to explain why this was their new policy (I asked and she said it JUST changed last week). I also had gotten all 3 of my kids down to order and it was a waste of time. Didn't get to order the piñata I needed but did get horrible customer service!

Absolute trash for a raspado and food place might as well make it at homeGo to mangoes

Ordered a bag of Tostitos preparados and the girl that made them was not wearing a mask. I threw the bag in the trash and went down the street there is so much competition all over the south side for them not to be careful with covid.

I love this place but this time I was really mad at the fact that the lady who was working as a cashier (not sure if her name is rosa) but she is a blonde lady i've never seen before was really rude. I usually like the service here since everyone is really friendly but this women made me Not even come back again. Rosa you gave me a headache thanks for your great service!
