Fuku Sushi

I wasn't sure what to expect from a Sushi place in Tucson, not to mention the fact that it's a bar/club, but it blew both of us away! The bluefin tuna couldn't have tasted fresher and been a higher quality that was melt in your mouth tender. The hand roll itself was just really well put together and the pickled wasabi side was a new son with additional flavor. They do DJ great music, so if you want a quiet place, you may just want to do take out, but service was great.

I have always loved this place, it's a staple on university for me. This most recent trip was a Sunday afternoon (before school is back) so it wasn't busy at all, very peaceful and easy. I have definitely been here during college season tho and it can turn into a night club atmosphere (aka loud dj) but come on it is university blvd! They were out of sake bombs which we were kind of sad about but it happens. Our server was excellent, friendly and fast. All our food was delicious and quickly prepared. I have never had a bad time here and I've been coming here for years! My bf notes that his salmon nigiri was good quality too. Also happy hour ALL day on Sundays! Definitely a good time to check them out!

I had the shrimp tempura and salmon roll. The food was decent but nothing to write home about. The service was spotty as there was only one waitress but she was trying her best! Never got get name. The place wasn't packed at all but there was a loud group at the bar. I picked this place specifically because I knew they had TVs and I wanted to watch the World Series. Not sure I'd go back.

Quality food and service . Professional security and management . Highly recommend . A Tucson spot you won't wanna miss !

Always amazing food at Fuku sushi. Fresh sushi and delicious chicken katsu. If you ever crave fried rice, do yourself a favor and get it from here. It is so yummy!!!! Can't wait for my next trip to Tucson. Thanks for the great service.

Dirty, sticky floor,so so food, service could improve, nothing impressive..... Maybe students like it but it was pretty empty... Never againBear down!

Flat out horrible. We paid market price for specialty rolls and got balls of rice with barely any fish inside or on top.Some ingredients didn't match the menu.We ordered via doordash. Estimated time for delivery was 35 minutes. It took over an hour and a half for us to receive it. Our delivery person was extremely apologetic as she continued to update us from the restaurant who made her wait an hour for our food. Not a large order. On a Monday night. I don't know how one can mess up miso soup, but they managed to! So salty it was inedible. There was hardly enough food that I was willing to eat even though by that point I was beyond hungry, just after a few bites of greasy rolls (why is there so much grease even on the receipt??). I was worried the poor quality of ingredients was actually going to make me sick.My friend and I wasted $70. And we think they should rename themselves to "F-You Sushi" because that is how we felt we were treated as customers.

Service at this place is terrible. Gave my order to the wrong person and then refused to remake it.

if I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT support this business, the owner over works his employees without compensation & when asked for the money he owes he threatens to wrongfully terminate them! There's so many other sushi restaurants to support pls avoid this one.
