Fry's

Their pharmacy is slow as hell and always out of stuff. Everything else is good. Shout out to Frank in the bakery! I was in there the other day to order my kids' cake. This is my second interaction with him and he's so pleasant. My almost 5 year old twins were very excited to pick out their Bluey cake and I was trying to get them to settle down (not screaming or yelling- just super excited) and Frank said "Oh they're just excited! They're great!" I was kind of stressed out before this interaction and he totally mellowed me out and made our day. Thanks Frank! We're looking forward to our Bluey Cake. Also, Hakeem and Phillip are super nice! Great employees here!

Deli service is basically ran by 3 dipshits that think they don't need to help customers standing there for 15 minutes while I stare at them and they continue on with their own personl conversation. Then when they did decide to help someone it wasnt my mom and myself. It was another family that came up and grabbed a ticket waaaaay after we did. If I was a manger there I would definitely consider firing these two idiots. We will not be back.

My go to place to keep stocked up on groceries weekly. I love the digital coupons and app also. Love getting good deals and keeping up with the weekly add up here. Very convenient location also. Also love the clearance section and deli here. The deli is convenient for a quick meal without having to cook.

Overall good store. Was better before they fired over 100 managers including the one from this store. Now there is no personal touch anymore, just average corporate attitude. I prefer Bashas now as they are very friendly and I get great service too ( they still actually have meat cutters in the stores). The parking lot lights at this Frys at night are so dim, they appear none existent making me feel unsafe after dark.

I good grocery store with everything a store usually has with well stocked shelfs and friendly staff. I don't care for all the gimmicks to get something on sale, apps/reading fine print but it's the way of the world. Want my business, then just lower the prices without us having to jump around for 50 cents off an item but that's a corporation issue that probably wont change.

I have shopped for Instacart 10 times at this Fry's location now. I have kept track of each time, and 8/10 times, there has been an issue with checkout. Not because of my Instacart app, but because of the cashiers. From instances of them not paying attention to my separated customer orders, the cashier scanning items before my Instacart barcode (even when I ask them not to do so beforehand), and to simple things like them not knowing how to change out receipt paper in their machines. It's so ridiculous. The 2 times I've had a good, positive flowing experience, have both been with the same cashier, which makes me go on to believe that the cashiers at this location absolutely suck and have no clue what they're doing. I absolutely dread shopping at this store now because it's just been a common bad experience. I do not have these bad experiences at any other store, nor any other Fry's store in this area.If I was shopping for myself, I would never shop at this location.

If I could give their bakery 0 stars I would. Tied to order 36 cupcakes and they would not take my order. Apparently the frosting person is off? Talked to the man stand they knew nothing of this. Thanks for nothing!

As a temporary OV resident, this Fry's fits the bill. It's clean, well stocked and organized. While most of my favorite food brands are at Whole Foods,I can find a fair selection of organic items and goodies. The floral department is pretty nice too!

So sad to see this store go downhill. I've shopped here for ten years. What happened store manager? No deli service? No fish and Seafood counter? Vagrants hanging around out front? If you are understaffed, how about walking outside and offering them a job? I would blame inflation or the pandemic for the sad state of your store, but I can drive up the road to Safeway or the Fry's on Tangerine and they don't seem to struggle like this store. My advice to potential shoppers? Don't stop here. Keep driving.

This Fry's has a Starbucks inside of it. They also have a lot of regulars who come in daily. It happens to be one of the regulars anniversary today. One of the employees bought this stuff and set up a surprise for them and wrote their name on the table to reserve it. I thought it was so neat that they did this. The employee that did this is very special.
