This is a larger Fry's than the one I usually frequent. It is a busy store serving those who live close to Tatum and Cave Creek Road. Large produce section, deli, bakery, large cheese section, olive area, alcohol, water, meat, etc. it has all the things you would look for in a neighborhood grocery store. They have done away with the pre-made frozen food you could purchase by the pound food. The food could be taken home and cooked yourself. Sorry to see that go. Self check out and regular check out available. You can also order your groceries ahead of time. Checkers will bring your groceries to your car in specially marked areas. Large parking lot.

Stopped wiping carts entirely. All the do it cut corners when it comes to covid countermeasures. They also have a senior citizen assigned to haul carts in 106 degree heat. Seems utterly irresponsible. Go to another store if you can. This store is run by a careless and reckless management team

This particular Fry's is awesome. I organized a needy family food basket drive for 12 families in our local area, through our Lion's club. I sent a request for discounts from their Corporate Office but was turned down. I went to this particular store and spoke with the Manager and explained that we wanted to do all our shopping there and would appreciate getting the sale prices with no limit on the items we were buying. He was very helpful, agreed to the request and had a dedicated checkout line and cashier to assist us when it came time to purchase all our items. The families we served were truly needing food items and so appreciative of our efforts with many thanks and some with tears in their eyes for our assistance. We made sure to let them know that this particular Fry's assisted with our shopping. Great way to support the Community!

This is a no star pharmacy! I've given them several chances to get things right, however over the years I've had terrible experiences. Fortunately I received the RIGHT medication but was given the WRONG drug infoormation insert. Wow! Really? The pharmacist looked flustered, they were short staffed that day!On another occasion I dropped off a perscription via the drive thru. They were very busy, so I said I'd pick it up the next day. When I returned, "it wasn't ready, come back in two hours." Went back in three hours, still not ready. Went back in two hours, still not ready!!!! REALLY? I went inside to speak to the store manager, I've now made three trips (gas isn't cheap, neither is my time). My order was then filled PRONTO, but no resustitution was offered for my time and gas.Had a perscription for a cold sore medication. Usually costs about $50.00 at another pharmacy I've gotten it from. When I went to pick it up, I was told $500.00!!! What? You're kidding, right? No, they were serious. Of course, I didn't get it, bought abrevia instead. (by the way, learned if you apply Ambosol to your lip when you feel the tingle of a cold sore coming on, it not only kills the pain, but also heals it quickly. All for just a few dollars.)My third and final experience was this year, 2013. I need a medication that is new on the market. I knew that they wouldn"t have heard of it let alone have it. The pharmacist could have cared less. "No, it's not in our formulary, we don't have it." What I asked for was for her to look into it and let me know at her convience, in a few days was ok for me. "Our warehouse doesn't carry it, so can't get it for you." No effort to research this new life saving drug. Well, I'm done with the drug store at this FRYS. WRITTEN BY MY MOTHER (Not Kim)

Store looks terrible on a regular basis. Nothing is ever actually clean. Carts are never in the bays and hand baskets are impossible to find. Frozen section is filled with items that are freezer burned and open containers of ice cream. The entire freezer section is in dire need of being defrosted- felt like I was rifling through a pile of snow to grab a bag of frozen vegetables. Found strawberries over in produce that were covered in mold and just last week I gathered 20 or so expired yogurts and handed them off to a random employee. As a customer I should never have to check expiration dates for one of your departments- one or two expired yogurts I can understand. Im not an unreasonable person, BUT 20 EXPIRED YOGURTS? When I was finally ready to check out they had closed all but one register (that poor clerk was scanning for his life) and had only one set of self checkouts open EVEN THOUGH the line was 20 people deep. The line to self check out went halfway down the liquor isle. When you finally get to the front of the line five of those self checkouts were closed and the self checkout attendant looked like they were high as a kite, I had to grab a stack of plastic bags from a closed self check out because there were none at the open self check out terminals. Looked to the right to see 3 employees just casually having a conversation at the "customer service desk" laughing and having the time of there lives while their one coworker on register is fighting for his life with a like of 15 full carts of groceries. This location has always been a convenient stop but never once has it been a decent experience in the last 5 years. There's one older gentleman with white hair, a beard and glasses that seems to be the absolute backbone of the entire front end. Every single time I shop here he seems to be the only person actually working AND he is polite as can be.

RACISM WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, when me and my friend were attempting to buy a sic pack of beer, and we got carded (both of us are 21+) "Naomi" refused to accept my id, as this was a Mexican government issued license! Never in my life I've been told such a stupid thing for buying alcohol in the US. Worth mentioning that "Naomi" didn't even bother to read my license, just seeing "Mexico" was enough for her to refuse to sell us alcohol. Employees like her should be fired.

Frys at 7812 E Speedway is not customer oriented. I am not pleased with the new app which is not user friendly, and the people at the service desk did not give me any satisfaction. Now I know why I always shop Walmart!

Horrible customer service by Connie who is supposedly a Manager. Made me feel like I was a bother to her. I've always shopped frys but Connie makes me want to spend my dollars anyplace but frys.

I love The Kroeger Corporation in this very difficult Tucson "market." It depends a great deal on the individual store manager, but generally Fry' s is the best supermarket. There food is always fresh, they have wonderful price-deals, and they don't run out of items. I can tell by their selection of products, their generic brands and their employment programs that they are very people (that is, all people) and customer-service oriented.
