I've worked in customer service for 22 years. I always gave 100 percent! You don't see it very often these days and people tend to only give the negative. I want to give a positive! Carly was wonderful in helping me straighten out a mess up from the hospital on my husband's prescriptions! 100 percent customer service! There should be more employees like her! We have been using Fry's for almost 2 years since we moved from Texas. We have never had such wonderful customer service as we have had here!

I was in line behind a couple who was treated incredibly rudely by two employees (Jose and Stephanie). The man, you could tell was in some serious pain and Jose had just treated the wife poorly and when he asked Jose to apologize to his wife, the kid actually came out from behind the counter to take a swing at the husband. The wife was yelling at him that he was a coward in trying to come after someone obviously hurt, when the Stephabie came out and pushed the wife toward the door of the pharmacy and then slammed the door so hard I'm surprised it didn't rip off the woman's arm. I've never seen such immature behavior out of two employees of a pharmacy before and the poor manager was just trying to get the employees to calm down. I know the manager gave the couple corporate's number and I hope they call corporate and ask them to review the tapes, it was disgusting and I was disappointed that Fry's would hire people who would do that to customers.

If I could give ZERO I would. They received a prescription, could not fill it, and then told me they never received it when I called to check on its status almost a week after it was called in. My doctor showed me proof they'd sent it in, and called them. They lied to my doctor and said they'd never stocked the medication my son was prescribed. That was also a lie; I'd filled the prescription there 8 weeks earlier.
