We just wanted a nice Gelato after dinner. It's the same area as where we just dined. Many selections, we will have just a nice cup while we window shop/ people watch. Peaceful and tasty.

Relaxing to sit outside and watch people. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. I love their Americano coffee incorporated with my favorite gelato. It is very inexpensive. I love coming here.

Never knew I could like anything better than ice cream! But here we are! I've never been sold on gelato until I tried Frost. They also make the #1 gelato in America! Voted around the world. They even expanded, though they started here in Tucson. Frost has a very entertaining story, you should look it up if you have a chance. This location is my favorite because it's got more indoor seating and you can take pictures with their little company moped that has the "Frost" logo. Its powder blue color is super cute. They also have good service. From what I have experienced they always greet with a smile and a good attitude. Having gelato from Frost is inevitably always a highlight of my day!

Still my favorite place for authentic gelato outside of Italy. Friendly knowledgeable staff, excellent selection of flavors. Clean modern setting with outside tables. And a cute Vespa too!

Seriously it seems like a little bit of a secret. I was surprised that it was not more packed for all the flavors it had. I tried only one, Lemoncello and I was in love and did not try anything else. My friends tested a few others but I was in love. The place was very clean and organized and dog friendly which I always love too! I need them to move some to the West Valley!

Gelato at La Encantada. Very busy 30 minutes before closing on a Friday night. Out of many flavors and still a 15 minute line. We had peach and cherry, both super favorableIf you enjoy gelato they have three locations to choose from.

We were greeted right away. There are a nice variety of flavors, all looking very tempting and hard to make a choice. There is gelato as well as sorbet. They display it in creative ways with swirls and fruit . There is table seating and the place was clean. I had the pistachio in a cup and my daughter had tiramisu. We both enjoyed it. We each had the small size which was plenty for me.

Don't even get me started on this, my homie walk up and say this where we order and she said... yeah, with the most attitude ever like sorry i ruined your day by making you scoop ice cream. I asked for a shake and she tried every trick in her book to try and make me not order it because it was too much work. She looked away like she didn't want to make it, looked at how to make it, and was like we don't have whip cream... like did i ask. Honestly though it was not that bad but jeez take a chill pill. Just keeping it real in this joint.

Genuinely the most rude workers. They gotta fix something cause that will destroy the business. Hire people that can at least pretend like they like their job.

The ice cream here is really great, but they do need to improve on the service. I understand that it can get busy from time to time, but people helping clients could have a but more patience, especially when there are kids in line.
