I've purchased appliances from another local company and felt like I was lied to so for our next purchase I tried Frontline. It's hard to trust when you've been burned but I liked the salesman, Jonathan. He was knowledgeable and listened to my feature requirements. I also liked how they are able to service and repair themselves, if needed. Accountability- check!Good quality - check! Delivery and installation was a breeze and the installer, Andrew, was very efficient. Everything is running smoothly! So when my daughter needed a new dishwasher, I told her to go to Frontline. So I'm telling you, too, go to Frontline!!

We purchased a stove and a seal for our washing machine from Frontline. I was in the store twice looking at stoves. Both times the sales people were very friendly. I was met promptly coming through the door and they answered all of my questions. My appliance was delivered within 2 days. Delivery was quick and I saved on a service fee by having both my seal and the stove done at the same time. My delivery person was nice. He came in and got the job done. I haven't gotten a chance to use my stove yet but everything seems to be working. The delivery person cleaned up after himself on the way out and took my old unit with him which I did pay for. Their delivery prices were very reasonable. Every unit on their floor appears to come with a warranty which I really liked. Most of their items are used/refurbished/open box items so I felt a lot more confident purchasing knowing there was a warranty and the items had been inspected.

Charged $120 estimate fee to give an estimate that was hundreds more than any other vendor. They're only for selling appliances, but I would go somewhere else for the fix like I did.

I bought a used washer/dryer combo back in 2017 for a rental property. It it worked great, and occasionally needed service over time. Scheduling service was easy, and Frontline Appliances technicians have always been incredibly responsive and helpful with fixing issues. Prices for purchases and repair work are extremely reasonable. The owners have integrity and look for constructive solutions to challenges. They have always had my best interests in mind.I also like the fact that the business is veteran-owned. The can-do attitude is refreshing and I wish more companies would show up the same way.I will definitely call Frontline with any future appliance needs!

Our fridge was not cooling well and it would be a while before we could have parts and installation complete. We had been wanting a secondary fridge/freezer for our garage so this was the perfect time to get it. We knew we didn't want to spend a ton of money since it was just going to be in our garage but we wanted to know it would work. I stumbled across Frontline Appliances by doing a google search and decided to give them a try. I honestly wasn't expecting much out of appliance shopping but they blew me away with their service! Don't be turned off by the outside. It's not a storefront or anything like that so it is a little weird at first but give them a try!! Because of covid, they do require appointments so you can't just come in and browse on your own but it actually was a better experience to have the appointment because I'm not spending my time just wandering around not knowing what I'm looking for! It was very personalized and I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. I worked with Yuri and she was so friendly, sweet, personable and helpful! She explained everything to me very thoroughly. After deciding on the fridge, we set up a delivery day/time and they were able to get it scheduled for delivery the next day! The time was for a specific time too...not just like an all day time frame that they expect someone to be there. They showed up and delivered on time and installed everything quickly without me. I just left the garage open for them and when they were done, they let me know and I came out to sign the papers. The guy who delivered and installed was very nice and made sure I didn't have any questions at all. He also handed me a personalized hand written thank you card from Yuri before he left. Talk about customer service! All businesses need to take note from this small family run business on how to treat their customers! What a great experience! I highly recommend anyone to give them a try if you're in the market for appliances. They will treat you right and you are supporting a local small business that could really use your business during the rough covid economy! Thank you Yuri for your help and we will definitely be back for any of our appliance needs!

Having just moved back to Tucson and having purchased a home that came with an old washer/dryer set, I knew that I would soon need something newer. I believe in buying local and supporting Tucson merchants. My father was a Marine and my mother had owned and run her own business for several years. While researching local appliance businesses, I found Frontline Appliances (which is veteran and woman-owned) and was encouraged by the positive reviews they received from their customers. In Frontline's store, I received very courteous and prompt service from Jonathan and I selected a washer dryer set that was carefully and professionally installed two days later by their very skilled installation team. This team took extra care to make sure that both the old appliances were moved out and new ones moved in without any damage to my home's walls, doors etc. They ran the machines to test that they were working properly before they left. There was one glitch, discovered by Jonathan later, that one standard service charge had not been applied to my bill. But Frontline was true to their motto "We'll cover your 'six'", and ultimately waived this charge. Yes, I am very satisfied with my new washer/dryer set, and would highly recommend Frontline Appliances to anyone looking to shop local for appliances.

The owners of Frontline Appliances are amazing! They set the bar in terms of rating customer service. The husband and wife enterprise make up a great team of kind, customer inviting, respectful, professional people. They truly do have the customer's best interest at hand. They went way above and beyond the "call of duty" where customer service matters in my very complicated situation. In today's world integrity, pride and respect of others are very hard to find. All three plus more are to be found at Frontline Appliances.For all your appliance needs, really, go here because you will not find this level of customer service anywhere else.

We bought a refrigerator in 2022 and didn't inform Frontline at the time of issues we were having, so we are not blaming them for not knowing we were not happy with the refrigerator. We recently decided to return to Frontline and purchase another frig last week. Mid-week I spoke to Yudi by phone and told her we were coming on Friday (driving from Green Valley) to do so. She said the store would be open until 5:00 pm. I specifically told her that she would see us on Friday. We arrived at 2:00 pm to find a CLOSED sign on the door! I called Frontline and left a message, hoping they would return to the store soon to make the transaction. We gave up after 15 minutes and went shopping at other appliance stores. Today I received a message saying they had an "emergency" last week (I wonder how many times they've used that excuse?) No apology, just an "emergency". We could have shopped at Home Depot or Lowes, but we chose to support a local business. The downside is that owners can make and change their business hours whenever they feel like it. I think they simply forgot we were coming, which wouldn't have happened at Home Depot. I would not recommend Frontline Appliances due to their lack of integrity.
