Great location and plenty of weights.We did not have to wait for any of our work out stations. Looking forward to working out here. Awesome vibe and very friendly fellow lifters, reasonably priced and easy location to get to. Highly recommend.

I've looked for years for a trainer that actually listens and works with me on some injury limitations I have while challenging me. I've been thrilled with Rob's technique, focus, knowledge and approach. The gym is clean and well stocked. Patrons are there to workout, not take selfies and waste time. Great find.

AmaZing gym and great place to work out. I am in the healthcare field and wanted somewhere that's 24 hours. This place has great vibes and atmosphere and super friendly. Met with the owner Keaton , who went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed to the gym. I also got a personal trainer Robert who is helping me work towards my post COVID body. Check this gym out! 24-7. You can't beat the home town feel with the prices and summer specials.

Great selection of equipment for full body strength, isolated strength, cardio that is weight-bearing and non weight-bearing. Free weight, olympic lifting, machine strength options. They have a sled. They have a belt squat. They have safety barbell.

Great gym with quality people. Always clean and the best equipment especially for leg day
