We were in need of a wheel alignment as our vehicle started to slowly drift to the right. The team corrected the problem without add ons.The tire was the issue which will be brought up at the another tire store.The staff was friendly and explained everything to our satisfaction.

They were FANTASTIC, I was driving up to Phoenix and my car overheated in Marana from a bad radiator fan. They ran a correct diagnosis. CAT (I believe was her name) greeted me and was so nice! BLUE mainly helped me out and was great with explaining exactly what went wrong with my car. Nicest people ever working there. They even had someone drop me off at the Hotel. Blue told me that he knew my checkout time at my Hotel would be around 11am and that he would have it done by noon and he did! Amazing Customer Service!! By far the best customer service and wait time for my vehicle since moving to the NW almost 3 yrs ago. They completed extended warranty work and even did diagnostics to check my spark plugs and battery. Highly recommend Friendly's. It will now be my 'go to' for vehicle maintenance and issues I may have in the future! Thank you!

These are my go- to guys. An honest, thorough auto shop with great technicians. They don't push extras rather informing you and letting you decide. I've even had them wave off a "fix" saying I didn't really need it for what I was using the car for.
