Our new trailer needed some warranty work done to it so I made arrangements for Freedom RV to do the work. I called them and told them what I needed done and we made an appointment date for me to take it to them. I took it over to them and they checked it out and said I could leave it there. They contacted Casita and got the part's ordered then they called us to let us know the parts were ordered. They completed the work and everything they worked on is now operating like it should. Kristan and Elka were really good about communicating what was going to be done and when. The whole situation was exactly what you would expect and turned out great for us. I would recommend their service work!!

If I could give them less than one star I would. Absolutely the worst non-service because I can't call it Service So, nonservice that I have ever had. After bringing in my camper and them telling me they could find a part for me and fix my broken window they never called me never spoke to me other than when I called them. After waiting three weeks for them to call me I called them to find out what was going on and they said that nothing has been done giving me some runaround about people dying and people going on vacation and just the runaround. So I waited another two weeks called them again and this time they had done nothing again!! They needed to take measurements again because the guy that measured it the first time died which was four weeks ago!Why haven't they called me! Worse non-service ever! So on this last call I proceeded to tell them that they gave me the worst service no service that they were horrible and that they don't deserve to be in business and they proceeded to tell me that I was a horrible customer! I've never spoken to these people other than to tell them that they completely dropped the ball on my repair but I'm a bad customer because I called them to tell them that they suck oh well they do suck don't go there!! Just an update I got on the phone and with one phone call I found the part for my RV one phone call to California. This place never even made a call not to find my part, not to me, worst service oops nonservice ever!

Took our Freedom Express trailer in for a checkup and some repair work recently. This was our first visit to the Freedom RV Parts & Service center - in the past, we have gone to another dealer in town with mixed results. The reservation process was easy via a phone call. When the appointed day came - we towed it down to the service center near Orange Grove. Checking in was easy and we dropped it right where we parked - easy again! They took a copy of our extended warranty and filed what was needed with the contract provider. They called me several times during the following few days with updates - love the communication! When it was completed (less than a week) - prices were great, all items repaired, no surprises and we're ready to go again! We pulled in - they brought it out to the truck, we hooked up and on our way. Great job Freedom RV!! We highly recommend you !!

We recently bought a used 2019 Travel Trailer from Freedom RV. Giovanni our Sales person was great, he was responsive to our needs and answered all our questions. He even arranged for us to show up at the service center while they were checking out our RV so we could take some measurements! He was from one of their other locations and even showed up the day we picked up our RV to ask how eveyhting was. Newt the Service Manager was also great. Accommadating and even supplied and had the service team installed a Power strip in the booth seating area. Kristen and Elka in the Service office were helpfull and you can tell customer service is their top priority. Justin in customer service was also top notch. We bought a Back-up camera and brought it with us the day we picked up the RV, we asked if it could be installed. Justin was busy however, he did install it for us otherwise my 71 year old husband would have had to climb up and install it. Yes we charged for that service and it was expected so it wasn't a surprise. We were grateful he did it. The hitch that came with the RV didn't attached correctly and he supplied one that would. The one area of improvement - the service staff who go over the RV to make sure everyhting is in working order need to check the rubber gaskets on the over head skylights/fans. When we got the RV home debri fell on the bed when we opended the hatch, we noted the rubber gasket had shrunk and wasn't sealing the hatch. The same thing happended in the Bathroon. We called and Kristen sas accommadating to our schedule to bring it back. The gaskets were changed in a few minutes. Over all Freedon RV is great.

The guys at Freedom RV parts dept went out of their way to help us change over to a new toilet, from brand to another. They will always be our 1st stop for parts and service when we're in Tucson.

Because I'm 74 and my husband is 85 and has a host of medical issues, we must have an RV service take care of most of our problems, both big and small. We have been treated with friendliness and humor and great care. Compared to many other service centers, Freedom is the BEST. Dusty is our gal. She is kind and takes time to find the best price for repairs. And she sure knows her stuff. She'll dig deep to find warranties to save us money. We sing her praises to others in the Tucson RV parks. Plus her repair guys are wonderful as well.

We love our new Travel Trailer. Giovanni our salesman was a very polite and helpful young man and Christian who was the acting GM the day we were there did a great job getting us the trailer we wanted for the price we wanted. One of the service guys even gave me his mobile number so I could call him if we had any questions on our first camping trip. After purchasing the 2019 trailer that was like new but was used and bought as is we had problems with the brake drum heating up on one side of the trailer. During our first trip out we got stuck up in Cottonwood about 3.5 hours from home due to the breaks heating up excessively. I called the service guys mobile number and he got Newt who manages the service area to help us to get our trailer back home safely. They looked at the brakes and found what they thought was causing the problem. We picked up our camper and parked it for 3 weeks. Then we took it camping about 20 miles from home. When I got back I felt the break drum again and it was so hot. I called Newt explained the problem still existed and he said bring it in we will make it right. They ended up turning the drums and replacing everything else with new parts, they even put new bearings and repacked the hubs, they took it 15 miles, tested the heat on the drums and made sure both sides were breaking correctly. The cost to fix it was $902 parts and labor and Newt covered it all for FREE because it was a safety issue. Thank you Freedom RV we love our camper and can now enjoy it free of worry.

I brought my RV in to have the heater repaired. The igniter would click and the flame light but then shut down. They charged me $361 to replace the control board which they shorted out and damaged during the diagnosis process. Ultimately it was found to be the sails/limit switch (The fin had been bent during factory installation). I sent them a letter about a week ago and have not heard squat. I presume they just do not care. So if you want to spend $120/hr to have your RV broken, this is the place to go.
