Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Stopped in for a Freddy's hadn't been in a hot minute. Ordered at the counter dined in. The burgers were hot and fresh fries perfectly cooked and the cheese curds were salty delicious. It's really a good meal at a fair price with the quantity and quality being better than average fast food. The restaurant was clean and well stocked and the server was friendly. Definitely like this place for the simple burger it is. Worth stopping in every now and then just to keep them around. You should too.

I have all these loved going to Freddy's. I'd like their food a lot and I normally get very good customer service. Today was a different story. I had just walked in and was looking up at the menu when a young man came over and turned into a robot. I imagine he was just repeating what he's told to say but at 72 I didn't hear it all. I heard him say if you have ????? you get a free burger and fries. I asked what is that? He said it's a hamburger and fries. I said no, I know what a hamburger and fries is I didn't hear what I have to do to get it. He said you have to have the app to which I said well I'm going to download it. He must not have heard me because he said what can I get you. I explained to him I don't know because I've not had a chance to see the menu. So he said ok I'll come back in a few minutes. Well I began to look at the menu and there are no prices on the meals. I asked the woman now behind the counter where are the prices she replied they are up there. I asked her to show me. She said what is it you want. I told her I don't know until I see the prices. She came over and asked me what I wanted. So I just pointed to the first meal and asked the price. She told me. I then asked the price of the next item. She told me that price. I asked the price of the 3rd and then I said "do you have a menu or anything with the prices of the meals on them? I'm 72 years old and don't hear well I'm going to go eat somewhere where they have prices. You can do better. I will miss Freddy. I would love to give a 5 star rating for your food but the customer service was so bad I just can't. And I went across the parking lot to Hooters.

Wow, this place has gone downhill over the last year. Dumb kids working the counter, dirty tables, floors, and restrooms, and prices that far exceed inflation or supposedly higher food costs. $17 for two (med/sm) 'concretes' and fries. This young blonde girl couldn't muster up a greeting or thank you even though both were extended to her. She seems absolutely clueless. And, as a veteran, while I expect nothing for my service, it just feels wrong to offer a veteran discount on only one day of the week, especially since Freddy's pictures are plastered all over the store showing his supposed military service. Perhaps that's just a marketing ploy. Either way, I'm done giving this place the chance to improve. Corporate greed has taken over.

Food is so tasty here.Always good. Grateful for the good service at the counter for ordering.I love to usetheir app to get rewards for getting free food.

We wanted a quick burger and stopped in on a late weekend night. The place wasn't busy and we ordered at the counter. Service was ok. Even though there was a self serve soda machine, the employee filled our drinks for us at the drive thru fountain, not sure why and he didn't say anything. The seating was booths or tables with very bright lights. Our order number was screamed and left on the counter. The napkin bins were not stocked. The fry sauce is now in individual packets. I had ordered my burger with fry sauce added but it was not. The placed looked tired and needs an interior update. I liked the burgers, especially the shoestring fries. The burger meat was thin and cooked just right and I like the large slices of pickles on top. It was good, but I'd probably order through drive thru and enjoy the meal at home.

Ordered two 3 scoop sundaes. Mine was good, hers was good, at least the first half. She only ate half and put the lid back on and in the freezer for later. A few days go by, she starts eating the rest of it. As the spoon hits the bottom up comes a partial fake fingernail. So nasty, whoever prepared this had to know. So grossed out, no more Freddy's for us.

Food was great... service was very quick and pleasant. My first time at a Freddy's....Definitely worth the stop

Burgers are super tiny and very expensive. I ordered a double burger and I should have ordered three just to get full, and the matchstick French fries aren't much better. Two stars for the awesome milkshake

Nobody makes better chocolate custard than Freddy's. During my recent visit to Tucson I noticed they had a Freddy's there. So there was no doubt I was going to stop in there and have my favorite treat. For a nominal additional charge you can upgrade to a sundae and they have numerous different toppings to choose from. The hamburgers, hot dogs and other food is great there too, but the chocolate custard is unbeatable!

Please please please..... never go to Freddy's. It is such a waste of time. Staff does not know what the hell they are doing. I had a craving for a shake. I waited half an hour. My bill was $7.60. I gave the girl $10.60. She gave me $2.40. I said, "You only gave me $2.40." She said, "Yeah, you gave me some change and a $10 bill." I didn't want to argue over 60 cents. Again, please don't go there.
