Frank and his staff are incredibly knowledgable about their products. When I first decided that I wanted to take the plunge and buy a mod, I was confused by all of the different options. They took the time to explain the features and benefits of the different choices in their extensive collection. The device I finally decided on worked out perfectly for me! I also appreciate that when I go in to buy maintenance parts, like new coils, they are more than happy to install it for me (as im still pretty much a novice). At one point, my mod had fallen out of a hole in my pocket, and stopped working despite any obvious trauma to the body. In a panic, I headed straight to Frank's where he tinkered with and had it totally repaired in no time! I highly recommend this shop. Great prices, great products, great staff and welcoming vibe!

It was a nice place to reboot my travel humidor while on vacation, had a vast selection of cigars to choose from and the one-way humidor was a surprise ( enter one door, exit another) when in the Tucson/ Oro Valley I will patronize them again!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I was buying all my elfbars from here for months. In fact even after moving 25 mins away, I still drove over here because they had good prices. I became skeptical they were selling real elfbars after talking to industry insoders and other smoke shops who said there's no way they can sell them as cheap as they do and make a profit if they are real. After buying some from other places I noticed slight differences in the packing. The mouth opening was a different size. The colors were off. The light flashed differently etc. I brought this up to frank and he assured me they were real and all the others were fake. I then bought two that were defective. They make you open it in store and smoke it which I did. But you can't take one hit and know the product isn't flawed. The issue with the defective ones was that once you took a few puffs it just stopped working. I brought them back in with my receipt and the condescending dude named Tyler behind the counter basically started feeding me a bunch of nonsense about how because they are disposable they can't just take my word that it doesn't work blah blah. I told him he didn't have to. I had the product with me. He Dan see it's still full and I can demonstrate it's not working. I just wanted one that does. They refused to give me a working one. Then told me "there's the door if you don't like it" I'm telling you I'm not a violent person but I very badly would have liked to slap this kids very punchable face. Everything he said to me was dripping with smugness. Everyone I live with and know smokes elfbars and have been buying them from franks forever. Several of my friends have also had this issue with them lately. They said it's industry standard. Maybe so. But it's not industry standard to sell knockoff elfbars and say they are real, guaranteeing defective shitty products and then refusing to give people their money back or working products when the fake ones fail. That's just called ripping people off and that is NOT industry standard. I will be going somewhere that I can trust the product will work and be quality even if I have to pay a few bucks more. They lost so many loyal customers today. No one I know will be back in this store.

Attempted to return a vape pen charger that worked "once" and the owner refused an exchange. Ask for a receipt if you buy from here because they don't offer them to their customers. Even so, it won't help you. Secondly, other products purchased here have been faulty and they don't offer an exchange or refund. Buyer beware! The service level exhibited by the owner today was unacceptable. You get what you pay for. That being said, Never returning here. Plenty of other vape shops on Ina, I suggest you go to others for better quality and service.

I have been shopping at franks for years on a weekly basis but... after today I will never go again! I bought a bag of tobacco (vision hunter to be Specific) like I always do and it is completely dry and powder! I went back to exchange the bag since they sold me something I can not even use. I get there and the worker said he can't. I told him to call frank and frank even said no they won't give me a new bag. If this is how an establishment treats their regular customers then I don't want to give them one more penny of my money! You just lost a good customer that spends a lot of money with you frank! I hope it was worth saving $7!

Do not purchase their disposable vapes. They are counterfeit. For sure the "puff bar" brand are not real. You have no idea what you're really inhaling when getting one of these cheap counterfeit vapes. Puff Bar is a reputable brand and they have verification codes on the packaging. I buy the same flavor vape every time )from a different shop normally) but was pleasantly surprised to see I could save a couple bucks buying it at Frank's. I noticed right away that it did not taste right. I checked the verification code on the Puff Bar website and sure enough, nothing matched up. I'd personally stay far away from this shop.

Been going there for years. Friendly staff, good prices, and good selection of cigars. They recently expanded their humidor improving their selection and quality.

I will never return to this smoke shop. The employees are rude, I went into the location in Catalina, and purchased two Cali pods. The employee asked if I wanted to use the device in the store after I had just purchased it. I declined and walked out to my car, I opened the package to realize the device was leaking everywhere quickly went inside to exchange/ let them know of the problem to which he said I told you to use it before you left, and it's a consumable product that it would be like he sold me a potato and tried to return it. I called the owner of the store you wasn't at this particular location and told me that the employee told us to use it before because it has problems and that he wouldn't be able to do anything once he left, we said that he did not explain that and he continued to argue with me. I told him I would not be returning because he couldn't fix this simple mistake and he told me ok fuck you. Will not be returning worst staff, and owner.

Aweful! Awful! Aweful! Do not waste your time here. Bad products that don't work and they will not give you refund even if you try it in front of them! This place is a disgusting Rip OFF.
