Excellent on-the-spot service to repair the wire hanger on an antique mirror. While waiting, I found some cute earrings to buy, as well!

I have owned a piece of framed art for twenty years and recently had an issue with the hanging wires. I had tried to fix it myself but it wasn't a simple fix.I found Framed to Perfection on Yelp and made my way in. I was overwhelmed with all of the amazing pieces that they have offered for sale. Truly, there is something for everyone.Miss Katrina was on the floor and I explained my issue. I brought my rather large picture in and she went to work. Due to the age of the picture and framing, the parts were no longer used. No need to fret! Katrina took the frame apart and updated the fixtures. She even put on a new wire. She took time out of her day and she didn't even charge me. In this day when excellent customer service is no longer the norm, I am truly impressed with this business and especially Katrina. I purchased 2 oil paintings that were in dire need of repair. One needed a new frame and the other needed to be remounted with frame repair. Katrina welcomed me with open arms. Her knowledge and expertise are phenomenal. She completed the service at a great price in a short time. The two pieces are currently hanging in my living room and they look great.Would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase art or have framing done.

Super impressed with the very nice lady who helped me today (9/28/2017). In my haste I never got her name, but I was rushed to get a piece of art fitted into a frame I purchased at another store without realizing the matt was to large and needed an inch take me off each side. Originally she said it would have to go offsite and take a week (I was leaving town in an hour back home) I was going to have to leave it for relatives to pick up. when I arrived she asked if I had a 1/2 hour or so and she would do it right there!! She delivered and it looks amazing! If I could give 10 star's I would!!

I had an excellent experience reframing my picture. The owner is friendly and professional and I was extremely satisfied with her work. I'm going back with another piece for reframing. I highly recommend this shop. Additionally they have an amazing collection of artwork for sale.

FYI most reviews are not recent and go back a few years, not to mention that there are few reviews posted at all...there is an obvious reason for that as I will explainAfter being recommended by family, I had every reason my anniversary gift, a sketch of a photo from our wedding, would be done to perfection. This sadly was not the case when I came for pick up. There was material in between the white background of the sketch and the cover glass. When pointed out, Katrina attempted to make it better, but only made things worse after a half a dozen times of trying to clean the glass, and remove not only the original debris, but added to it with black rubber from her gloves. When this was pointed out she didn't really grasp it, said well u need gloves to keep finger prints away, and that her cotton material gloves needed washed...as if that's why she didn't use them?? At some point during the attempt to correct the error, some alcohol used to clean the glass and bits of rubber came into contact. There are now smudges on the sketch that are noticeable when pressed to the glass. These were not there before she tried to remove the original debris. 45 minutes after I came to pay and pick up my item, I paid and left in disgust. Katrina actually had the nerve to say "well this one will be perfect"...while making my anniversary gift worse than it was before I pointed out the issues. There was a small crease that had been there at the bottom (barely noticeable when flattened, when it was dropped off. When I went to picked up, it was worse and another at the top appeared during the "correction" of the item. I can not get the original artist from etsy at this time, and definitely won't be able to have it in time for our anniversary. Now I have to use this as a placeholder until it can be replaced and done correctly anywhere else but "framed to perfection." Once thats done, this will go in the garbage were it belongs. This experience was far from perfection. Not only have I wasted my time, I have a gift ruined and I got to pay for it all. This was not expensive in comparison to her other gifts, but was my favorite and what i thought most special. Just adds to the disgust from poor quality work. Don't entrust something special or important here is what I learned the hard way. If this lady talked less and paid attention to detail, as the business name implies, this likely wouldn't have happened. It's nice that your a nice person, but when you can't do the work correctly it's not of great value too me. If what your framing is unimportant to you, then this place might be ok, otherwise do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

Unbelievable that the manager of this business and her friend were without masks or gloves. What idiot flagrantly violates the government's strict guidance and jeopardizes their customer's health. I would never do business with this enterprise if it was the last place on earth.

I brought in a very special piece I needed framed in a shadow box, and it was obvious that the person doing the framing did not take time to care for my piece. It was not placed in the shadow box carefully, and there were small pieces of dust and lint in the shadow box. Very disappointed for the HIGH price tag.
