Dr. Fowler is amazing!I had never been to a chiropractor before and always thought of it as some crazy "alternative medicine" I hurt my back badly in the gym and was willing to try anything!Dr fowler asked if I had ever been adjusted before, and when I told her no she explained everything about what she did, how she would help, and even brought out a model of a spine to explain how things happen and how they can be remedied.I left with a new appreciation of chiropractic medicine, pain free, and I couldn't be happier that I went to see her!

It was my first time seeing a chiropractor. I have lower back pain due to my job. Dr Fowler was great. She got the right diagnostic by the time I told her what I do on daily basic. I felt great after the appointment. The reason I give this office only 3* because of the customer service. I had appointment at 9:00am, was there 8:50am. Nobody was at the reception. After me, there was couple walked in and had to wait another 10 minutes. The front desk girl walked out, did not know who came in first (because she was in the back the whole time) but go ahead and help check in for the couple that came in after me, . Of course I got help after that, filled out all the paper work and continued to wait. Finally, I got call in after 40 mins and had the treatment by Dr Fowler. I had good experience with the Dr but bad impression with the service.

Dr. Monica is very knowledgeable and knows how to get to the root of the problem quickly. Her expertise has helped our family heal from all types of injuries. If she's not available immediately to see you, try to get to her as soon as she has an opening, you'll be very happy that you did.

A few years ago I crashed my dirt bike and pulled my back. The pain was incredible and I could barely move. Dr Monica adjusted me and as soon as I got off the table I knew I was better. I saw her again today and walked to my truck thinking "every time I see her, I feel better". That is what made me write this review. If you need a GREAT Chiropractor, she is the BEST!

I have been seeing another Chiropractor since 2000. I love this person, but the business has changed. I went to see Dr. Fowler and she was able to adjust me with ease where the other Dr. had problems. Also the other Dr kept changing hours and with my job I had problems getting in. Dr Fowler is open hours I can get in.Just one visit and I felt better than I have in a couple of years. Thanks Dr. Monica. Your Rock!

I'm not very impressed. Based on the serious lack of customer service and hours, I guess they don't actually want any clients. Perhaps this is just a tax write off?I filled out the request to be contacted online March 19th. Waited 2 weeks...nothing. I walked in on March 31st, as this is very close to my house, which is why I was interested in the first place, but apparently they were closed. I met Dr. Monica at that time, told her no one ever replied to my online request, and she had me leave my name and phone number to have someone get back to me the next day in the office, which would have been Monday, April 6th.It is now April12th, and I have not heard from anyone at Fowler Chiropractic about setting an appointment for evaluation/treatment. Eight full business days later....and nothing.This is very disappointing to be treated so rudely by a 'local' company. Lucky, The Joint Chiropractic called back right away, and I was able to be seen the very same day! I got excellent care at an affordable price from them.

The worst chiropractic experience I've ever had and to describe in one word...SHADY. To begin, I scheduled my visit due to an accident and was looking forward to the visit as I'd been trying to get in a chiropractor all week. When called up to the front desk, the auto insurance company information was requested for the billing. I did not want to go through the auto insurance I wanted to go through my personal health insurance provided by my employer. That was a no, then I said I'll pay for it with my HSA or in cash which was also turned down. They were adamant it must be billed through the auto insurance. Why? More money. I've worked with insurance companies before in a previous job and it's a pain in the butt, but there's more money to be made vs. a customer paying in cash.Apparently I was being saved from paying for x-rays and a bunch of other costly services (which I did not want). All I wanted was a simple adjustment. I was never once asked what I wanted. I've been to multiple chiropractors all over the country and the price range for an adjustment is usually normally no more than $50. I was totally happy with paying out of pocket. I was then asked to reach out to the auto insurance for claim information which I stepped outside to do so we could proceed with the appointment. I was then rudely interrupted by Dr. Fowler while on the phone with the insurance company as "we needed to get started". I was calling the auto insurance company like I was told to do.....WOW!!Then finally inside the room, now we continue to discuss how we are going to bill the auto insurance company. Now we want all the personal information regarding the accident( getting a copy of the police report, police report number, who was at fault, etc.) Why would a chiropractor need to know all this information?!? She was not focused on treating me or once asked how I was doing. All that mattered was how she was getting paid and all that $$$ flowing in from those jacked up rates that'll get charged to insurance. In the past week I have seen three medical professionals specifically in regards to treatment for the accident ( Urgent care, ER and my primary care physician). Had no issues using my personal health insurance or paying cash. They also did not ask personal questions regarding the police report number or who my auto insurance company was...but actually treating me for the service I was paying them for (X-rays, prescriptions, medical advise, ect.)Trust your instincts! Run! Had a bad feeling instantly and should have left right then and there. Hopefully Dr. Fowler and her team will self reflect on how the situation should have been handled....with what I wanted as the patient over the desire to cash in on insurance. Thankfully I was able to see a wonderful new chiropractor that'll have my business moving forward.

I found Dr Fowler and was so pleased and she adjusted me and I never felt better. I moved to Vegas and am having trouble finding a chiropractor as good as Monica.
