Lovely cockroaches
Trash is left for days on property until cleaned up. Long weeds and grass block sidewalks.
Rooms with busted out windows covered by boards.

Checked in March 24th at 7pm and the hotel was a ghost town. We went to get dinner and made it back to the hotel at around 10pm and it completely changed. The parking lot was full and it was very loud. Apparently they were having a Quinceañera. It was nice of them to put us in the closest room to the party. We tried for an hour to get to sleep. We even left the tv on to try and drown out the very loud music, but the party was way louder than our tv. We went and told the front desk that we wanted to check out and get a refund and they flat out refused. There was no warning of a party and the front desk refused to help us in any way. We ended up driving back to Phoenix at midnight. This hotel does not deserve your business. Stay away from this dump!

On the scale of cheap, bedraggled motels, the Executive Inn isn't the worst. While the room was dingy around the edges, it was large, generally clean, and reasonably comfortable. The wireless didn't reach the room, but the staff--who fully appreciate the humor of the establishment's name--were nice enough to loan an ethernet cable. No experience at a cheap motel (especially one on Drachman) would be complete without freaks, one of whom came tottering out the back of his room into the parking lot after me, followed me through the lobby to my room, and then asked if I was from California. Sadly for him, I wasn't. Equally sad, he'd forgotten his room key in his rush across the parking lot after me, so he ended up beached in the hallway like a whale. The evening's entertainment was rounded out by what appeared to be a cult gathering or insipid corporate singalong in one of the conference rooms. If you're ever in need of entertainment on a Friday night or experiencing an existential crisis, you might stop by and poke your head in.If the Executive cost more than $40 it would have been a two-star experience, but I think three is fair for its price.

Awful place. Stains and holes on the sheets, balcony had gum everywhere, and the bathroom was disgusting. Everything was dirty and the staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. Don't waste your money

GROSS. Dirty walls, floors, and batroom. Sheets had stains and holes. Walked down to the desk and told them I was checking out and they still billed me for the first night. The guy said there was nothing I could do about it and had a smug smile on face. Definitely got the feeling they do this a lot. Charge people that don't want to stay there. Another guy was leaving for the same reason so I am sure this is a regular thing.

I guess this place has come under new ownership. I'm writing a review for Fortuna Inn. For $50 a night I definitely didn't expect anything too fancy and I was right.. Pretty basic, bed and shower. Room had kind of a weird layout. But service is incredible and the front desk was willing to bend over backwards to make our stay comfortable. Thanks for having us

If I could give this place ZERO STARS I would. We booked this hotel for a weekend trip to Tucson seeing it was decently rated on Expedia. After reading the hotel check in policies, which only stated check in and check out times, we were SHOCKED to arrive at the hotel in the cold 30-something degree night to find the LOBBY was CLOSED! We called the 2 different emergency contact phone numbers posted on the door and neither calls were answered. Seeing as how our flight landed at 11:45pm we couldn't have checked in any earlier. I've NEVER been to any other hotel/motel which was closed at any hour of the day. It was mind-boggling to think that no one answered either calls on their emergency lines, nor did they have anyone at the front desk to check us in (when the reservations were already booked). We were able to get a refund through Expedia, but did not get any explanation beyond the statement that this hotel apparently closes their lobby at 10pm. This was NOT noted anywhere in our reservation information. In fact, the emergency numbers were listed in case hotel guests got locked out of their rooms. What happens to guest who arrive after they decide to close? There was NO contact for us to get any assistance. I found this to be particularly unprofessional and unacceptable for a lodging establishment.Needless to say, we had to find different accommodations and I would NEVER recommend this establishment to anyone.

If you looking for a venue I would not recommend this place he's very sneaky he charged me a deposit and told me it would be refundable if I cleaned up after my event he had some people to come in and to be claiming amongst us so that he wouldn't have to give me my deposit back I mean this was very unfair and very sneaky so I would not recommend this place they're rude the bathrooms we're very dirty no paper towels to wipe your hands to dry your hands rather no toilet paper and the venue the air condition don't work too well and the floor was dirty before we begin the event overall just I would not recommend this place at all not even for one night stay the rooms had bugs I'm not saying bed bugs but some kind of bug that bit the kids up just be aware this place very sneaky and unworthy people for business as I say

This is a review for Fortuna Inn & Suites. When I stayed there on it was knowing that it would only be for a single night and the only thing "Executive" about this place would be the name. I had a great view of the airconditioning unit on the roof, which no one bothered to put the metal cover back on. If you are into that sort of thing and think the crappier the place, the better the story. You should not be disappointed, as this is a good place to stay. If you are expecting the Ritz, you will be disappointed and everyone will laugh at you.

The staff was nice and accommodating. However, this was the worst hotel to stay at. There are very sketchy people always walking around. And everything was gross, I'm pretty sure they haven't cleaned the rooms in a while. The sheet were scratchy and smelt like cigarette smoke, one of mine had a crusted white substance, I don't want to know what it was, none of the drains works so there were back-flow in the sink and tub and there were sirens went by about every 30-40 minutes. I would rather stay at a Hotel6 than this place ever again.
