They only have one cash machine. 5 kiosks and one person to work the machine. We don't all want to use a card. Stop pushing us. You need us not the other way around. I haven't been to the movies in years. Only came to see the sound of freedom. Don't plan on coming back here. Took 10 minutes to get a ticket.

They finally redid this movie theater! I am so happy! It has turned from a cold chilly run down theater, to a pleasant air temperature with comfy recliner chairs. It's roomy, it's clean, and they even have my favorite self-serve multi variety Coke machine. They also have HD and Surroundsound and wide screens. Come and enjoy. Again... This is one happy moviegoer!

Whoever is listening to the customer's comments over at AMC have better be getting a raise. UPGRADED everything! Do yourself a favor and get a rewards app and use that sucker to reserve seats ahead of time and stroll in like a BOSS.Lounges for those who just want to chill and wait for the kids, and maybe have a little adult beverage at their beautiful bar? What a great upgrade!

Really cheap prices 5-7 dollars. It is usually never that pack. Food is expensive but overall good movie theater

Love the fact that if you go to the movies before 4.00PM and you are a senior you pay under 4 bucks. I understand that they are redoing this theater because the Foothills Mall is kind of passe and they are making the mall something like an entertainment center, bowling alleys, theaters, arcades etc. So the plan is to change the seating to reclining seats, restaurant in the theater. More like a "happening" Should be fun. Anyhow right now the theater is a great bargain.

Foothills mall is a great place to watch a movie. Then again I'm such a movie fan that any place with a large screen and surround sound is my favorite place to watch movies. With the advent of Fandango and the self serve ticket stand having to wait in a long line to buy a ticket is almost non existent. The employees are nice people that are constantly bombarded with work (especially in the concession stand) but they do a great job in helping you out as fast as they can. I wish the food didn't have to be so expensive but I understand that most of their profits come from the concessions. The Foothills Mall is a wonderful place to catch a flick, so check it out if your on the Northwest side of town.

Not really the theaters fault but they did nothing to help at all either.I purchased tickets from fandango to see deadpool & Wolverine Friday July 26th for my son and me at this theater. We arrived a few minutes before the movie. I tried to access the QR code tickets but to my surprise the app said I was logged out . I tried multiple times to log in which said my username and password didn't match their information and so I tried to reset the password. You enter your email and they send a link to reset it.I tried multiple times but never received a link.I had to buy 2 more tickets directly from the theater for a later start time to see the movie with my son. So I bought 2 tickets through fandango and 2 through through the theater. The 2 through fandango were wasted because I couldn't access them..while sitting in the theater waiting for the movie to start, I kept trying to reset my password or log in to the account with no luck. I had a second fandango account so I tried logging into that one to see if there was connection or technical issues with the app .I logged in with web browser was well. The other account logged in no problem. My purchased tickets weren't linked to that account but I checked to make sure. So it wasn't an issue with connection or the app or web browser. The password reset wasn't working and the login wasn't working on the account used for purchasing the tickets but I could clearly see I was charged for the tickets on my PayPal account. So the next thing I tried but didn't would work was to try creating an account with the email adress that was the account already used. But to my surprise creating an account worked and my tickets were there. I tried to get a refund but they would not refund those tickets because it was past the start time of that movie. I don't really understand what happened but it seems like they sold me tickets without having an account and I couldn't access then after I purchased them. If they are going to sell tickets whether there is an account or not, they should be accessible through the app no matter what. And the theater should have had some sort-of way to find the tickets or even tried to help. This is total garbage. I sent about $37-38 on tickets I didn't get to use at all and no one cares at the theater or fandango. I wrote to fandango and they refused to refund and find the problem. Next step is to reach out to PayPal and see if they will do something about it.

God bless this theater. Roberta in the red shirt calmed me down and guided me to the right person. They found my wallet which had all my IDs in it, 300$ cash and they were just straight up honest and so helpful. I'm from out of town and I would have been extra screwed without my wallet. Thank you Foothill cinema
