We had used this company to replace the guide wires for our weight stacks in our therapy clinic. The first time Frank came he tried yo use rope, which should have been my first and only warning sign he had no idea what he was doing. Frank replaced it with some type of wire he said was just tempurary until he can find the correct kind. He came back and replaced it and it was good for about 5 months, then one day it snapped. He came back and said that he knew what to use, and would only charge for the parts. That was another $75 charge. That was about 3-5 months ago. I look at it today and it is already messing up (see the picture). For the love of god do not use this company!!!
