Twice this florist has delivered flowers that wilted within 24 hours. The flowers that I received on 14JAN13 had wires in them to make them appear fresh. We will no longer patronize this business.

My mom and dad ordered the 'White Garden' plant for my birthday last week. I received it at work and it was beautiful. However, there were not any directions that came with it, stating how to take care of it, and how much to water it. I called the local phone number at 520-795-5400 and was sent to a message machine twice, stating that the customer service rep was not available. I called it again and a woman with a thick accent answered and I asked her what I needed to do to take care of it. She said she would need to call me back. I told her again, all I need to know is how much to water it. She stated twice weekly, with a medium sized coffee cup of water. The plant started dying; the two white flowers at the top turned black. I called back today to tell them the plant was dead. I followed all instructions this woman gave me. The same woman answered and said she would call me back tomorrow after she spoke to the owner. I do not understand why I couldn't bring the plant down to show them, so we could figure something out. I know how to take care of plants. It seems like this company will bend over backwards to help you when you give them your credit card, but after that, if you have issues, it is your problem. It frustrates me that my parents spent so much money on this plant, and now I just want to throw it out. My advice to the woman that helped me, or rather who didn't: quit passing the buck and help people that call in to ask you questions. I will never purchase anything from this company, and will make sure my family, friends and coworkers do not either.

Unfortunately, I ordered a premium bouquet of peonies for my Mother. Not a single bloom of the bouquet opened. It was very disappointing. I called the shop, explained what happened. While the staff member apologized, I had hoped that I would have been offered a solution for the disappointment. I was not offered a solution. If you are interested in peonies, my mother says Flowerbud.com online offers the best in peonies and service. I like to use local shops but I can't recommend Acacia.
