Not the best experience with them. Short story: gave me a completely different arrangement and didn't tell me of all the charges they would be making to my card until I called to complain.I made a phone call to ask for a flower arrangement to be delivered that same week. I specifically asked for two types of flowers that are fairly common to be included in the arrangement, and offered to send them a picture of what I had in mind. The guy who attended me gave me multiple excuses as to why I couldn't do that, but promised to send me a picture of the arrangement before it was delivered. The arrangement was delivered on time, but I didn't get to see it until after the person received it. It was nothing like I asked, different flowers, different colors, and it wasn't even pretty. They also charged me 5 dlls more than what they said they would (delivery charges), it would have been nice to tell me of that before they charged my card. I called back to complain, they said that they had had some problems with their supplier so they used some of the flowers they had in stock, and gave me a more expensive arrangement to compensate. I honestly wouldn't have paid more money than I did for the arrangement I got. The only solution they offered was to pick up the flowers they had delivered and make another delivery when they had enough stock. This did not work for me at all, I can't just call the person I sent flowers to to tell them the flowers will be taken away for a few days. In the end I just got very angry with their customer service and ended up feeling embarrassed that my name was on arrangement's card.I will definitely try some other place next time.

This Flower shop has the worst customer service. Not only are the owners extremely rude, their flowers do not even last a day.On July 03 2013I went in to the flower shop asking to buy white flowers and hoping to get help by the professionals. When I would ask questions I was starred at as if I was asking for cement instead of flowers. They were absolutely no help what so ever. I ended up buying 24 white flowers and less than 24hrs the flowers were brown and wilted. I called them to ask if they could at least replace a couple and they said that it was my fault for not having them in a refrigerator. I also bought flowers from safeway and they did last and still going till this day which is the 07/08/2013. All the flowers were in the coldest room in the house, when I mean cold its refrigerator cold.
