Floor One

Beautiful work...Beyond my expectations. Diego was professional & an amazing at laying tile. We had our front entryway done and a border on our back porch, I can't wait to have my family over to see Floor One's work! It's art! We chose our tiles at Floor & Decor & found Floor One's office right inside! Patty was amazing and informative. THANK YOU Floor One. A job well done! Carol A very satisfied customer

Diego was THE BEST! The work he did was TOP Notch! Sadly, the company management was awful. They installed four weeks after planned, Paul was rude and unapologetic for the continuous delays. Once finally installed after going back to Floor and Decor to complain about the continuous delays... over Christmas, Diego got the job done! Diego installed our entire house alone aside from two days of having help. The worst and saddest part was Leticia hounding me for final payment beginning the day after the install was completed. They were four weeks late, I was four days late completing the second install payment because my mother had a stroke! I HIGHLY recommend Diego, but his managers need to learn some social graces.

We purchased our flooring from Floors & Decor, and at the recommendation of a salesman, contacted Floor One for installation. I should have paid attention to the reviews I read. Very few people have had good experiences with this company. The guy who did the estimate was very nice, but first had to reschedule the appointment, then was late getting to our home. We scheduled the demo on Monday and both my husband and I took off work to be home to move the furniture. They didn't show, and I had to call to ask where they were. They asked to reschedule for Tuesday. I told them I could not take off a second day in a row. My son came over to wait for them. They were scheduled to arrive between 8-10 am. At 11:36 they rang the bell, stayed 10 minutes then left "to get the tools they needed" for the job. I called the office to find out what was going on. Victor said he would deal with it internally and a new team would be at my house in 90 minutes. They arrived around 2:10. Juan and Jesus did a beautiful job on the tile. My issue was not with the workmanship but the absolutely abominable communication. I received daily calls once the job actually began. I'm sure that was due mostly to the fact that it was an $8,000 installation. On the last day, I received a text from Jason telling me they would install my toilet, vanity, and W&D once they finished the baseboards. We thought that was nice considering the job took days longer than we discussed with Cris before scheduling. At 7:30 pm on Monday Victor called to say they would not be installing anything. He said Jason "was not looking at the scope of work when he text." Since my house will be full of people tomorrow for Thanksgiving and they just finished yesterday, Victor isn't very wise to the ways of customer service. He called me for payment while I was driving to Home Depot for the parts needed to install my toilet. Yvonne also called the day before asking for payment before baseboards were installed. I had to remind her that they were not finished with my contract. I am not the first to complain about this. I should have completed more research before agreeing to use Floor One. To put the icing on the cake, they greatly overestimated the amount of tile, mortar, and baseboards by 1/3 each. Now I have to return all of this to the store myself. Very disappointing experience. Juan and Jesus are this company's only saving grace. Those two are the only reason I gave any stars. They deserve 5.

I had a really great experience working with Floor One! The workmanship is beautiful, prices are very reasonable, excellent communication throughout the project, and friendly staff. They finished exactly when they said they would, plus it was within $100 of the estimate (added cost from some carpet repairs that we had not previously accounted for.) I will likely be using them again within the next year for some other flooring updates I have in mind. :-)

My husband and I had a back splash installed and had an issue with the installation job quality. Victor Romero got involved and the project got re-done. The date was set to remove the original back splash and to install a new one. Victor sent Peter to do the job and the work begun. Peter completed this job in an outstanding manner! My husband and I could not be happier with the high quality professional look! If I could give 6 stars I would! During this entire time Victor kept in touch with us with a very clear, professional and courteous manner.Victor's people skills are impeccable!We would like to thank Victor Romero for working with us and making it pleasant in this (for us) frustrating time! Clearly FLOOR ONE company pride itself on quality work and services!FLOOR ONE has definitely earned this customer for our other future projects!!!

We had Floor 1 install flooring through out our entire home. Jed was very helpful and knowledgeable in the estimate process. Tony and Angel did the installation they did a great job. They had to do a lot of prep work to the floor to make sure it was all level and they did an amazing job with the flooring it looks great. Ben the owner of the company kept in touch and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. I highly recommend these guys.

This is the second time I've used Floor One and once again they've exceeded my expectations. I asked for Jesus to handle the install as he did such a great job at my old house. In my new home he really knocked it out of the park. I love the detail on the baseboards. His crew kept up with the dirt and dust as they went so I wasn't left to live in a demo zone while the project was being done. Thanks again!
