Flex Gymnastics

What an incredibly fun and clean facility! All the staff are so friendly, the coaches knowledgable and engaged; each instructor is obviously passionate about helping all the kiddos in each class learn and be successful. The Sweet Peas program is well-thought out and higher quality than any other I have experienced! Flex Gymnastics provides a perfect balance of play along with gymnastics skills, learning and development.

I had the Groupon deal last year where you get 6 classes. I will say that was definitely worth a try and a fun experience so that's what my rating is based on. I can't say for extended time unless your child is very serious about gymnastics they have great teachers for that. It's definitely worth a try to see if your child will like it!

I recently took my kids here to attend a birthday party and was pleasantly surprised by how great the facility was! For the party they had it set up as an open gym and the kids loved everything: from the balance beam to the climbing rope, the trampoline and foam pit, etc etc etc. The staff also did a fabulous job! At times when my kids were nervous they ran over, held their hands, and showed them exactly how to do everything. The set up was also perfect because the party room had a long window directly overlooking the gym area. Parents could sit and relax, while still having full view of the facility (& our kids). At the party's conclusion the staff have out goodie bags that included a free pass for one of their classes. Looking it up, the prices are incredibly reasonable. My kids had such a great time and we're always looking for indoor activities in the heat of summer (& cold of winter, for that matter). This is definitely going at the top of our list for this coming summer!

I have a daughter on Silver Team and she always has so much fun at practice! When she comes home every night she always has a new skill that she wants to show me. FLEX Gymnastics is a great gym and does so many fun games and has so many fun parties! Love FLEX Gymnastics!!!

My daughter has a blast and really looks forward to her 2x/week classes. I have seen a lot of improvement both with her skill level and her attitude at home. The reception/waiting areas are, however, a little cramped, along with the parking lot (plenty of opportunity to practice those three-point-turns!)

We are new to town and came from Germany. (Military fam.) My daughter had been in a rec military gymnastics program there and fell in love with gymnastics but unfortunately due to our location she couldn't compete usag. She was so excited to move back to the states and finally "be a real gymnast" she'd say. Moving is hard and she missed her gym friends really bad. We tried another local gym with the expectation that she'd go there, but they really didn't seem to interested in taking time to make her feel welcomed or even give her a real evaluation. She was really upset and told me she didnt feel like they wanted her. She asked me if she could try another gym so we tried Flex gymnastics. (formerly gymnastics world nw) From the moment we called they were very inviting and told us to drop her off for the whole Saturday practice and they'd eval her. She'd never done competitive gymnastics so we had no clue if she would be good enough for a team but we knew her skills were pretty advanced for a rec kid. We came back 3 hours later and she was all smiles. She whispered to me "mom of they want me I want to be here. They are so nice and I had a lot of fun!" I knew no matter what they said place wise, this was the place for her. She loves it and everyone is so nice. It helped her become happy with the new move and now she loves Arizona. Shes improved on her form a ton already and she was even able to compete this season!

My kids are hooked on gymnastics world. They are one of the few places in the area with boys teams as well as girls teams. We at first found it difficult to find a place with all the boys equipment for our son. We often found the boys equipment looked like an after thought in many gyms, but not here. The coaches are wonderful and I couldn't say enough good things about them. We have also held our son's birthday party at Gymnastics World. We have tried other gyms in the area, but have definitely settled on Gym World North West. There are a ton of different classes for kids of all ages and abilities from novice through competitive levels. Open gym on Saturdays is a big hit as well.
