Flame Connection

We consulted with Flame Connection for a number of things during our home renovation. From installing new fire brick to outdoor fire pits, the owner, Rob was always gracious and helpful to us and even made a visit to our home. Their store has a lot of options that are high quality and long lasting. Looking for fireplaces and dealing with installs should be in the hands of people that really know what they're doing, and these folks do!

We have become definite fans of Flame Connection!!!!Our builder installed an indoor fireplace on our Casita Courtyard addition 1 1/2 years ago. Calling Flame Connection Ian came out and told us it had rusted out and needed to be replaced with an appropriate stainless outdoor unit.Michael came-installed and what a difference!!!I DO need to share had it not been for Stephanie whom helped tremendously with scheduling as well as walking me through restarting the pilot light that quickly went out with our winds a week after install!We can't Thank-you enough for the patience and professionalism showed to us and KNOW this team would do it again & again.Our Sincere Thanx & Appreciation,The Smiley's

Excellent service on purchase of a new fireplace. Cleaning our gas grill was cost prohibative.

Flame Connection is a reliable and dependable resource for gas fireplace installation. Tony is very knowledgeable and helped us with a completely new fireplace project and even introduced us to fabulous contractor that installed a new gas line that was a snap. After the install, Garret made sure everything was working perfectly and realigned the fireplace and pipe to perfection. He even touched up the paint so it looked perfect and he was great to work with. Flame Connection made a big project simple and they were easy to do busy with.

Worked with Mark and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. My husband and myself liked that there was NO pressure to purchase. Would recommend this business to others.

Do not buy from here! Paid over $6000 for a firepit, trouble from day one! It wouldn't light and they kept insisting that it was our incompetency, when finally after several calls and visits from them they sent a guy who finally fixed it!Fast forward we have own it now for 18months...of course out of warranty, and now a thermal coupler is broke and they keep giving us a round around about not having the part...its been over 6 weeks and still no resolution!Save your money and buy elsewhere!

Several issues have come up that we needed help resolving on a few of our fireplaces in our newly completed home. Jim and Mike were very helpful in coming up with suggestions and solutions for our challenges. Flame connections has a good selection products to choose from and we are happy with the fireplaces we selected.

My remote start gas fireplace, that I used on a daily basis, quit working completely. The first fireplace repair company didn't even return my calls. I called to make a repair appointment at Flame Connnection. Michael Barcelo at Flame Connection helped me fix it over the phone rather than wait for an appointment. These people are very competent and are more interested in getting your fireplace working than getting you to make a service appointment. Raymond McKeefery

We unfortunately had a fireplace installed incorrectly by our contractor and Rob at Flame Connection was able to come out with his expert contractors and basically have everything rebuilt and get it working. We feel safe and the quality of work was great! Very nice people to work with!

I am very happy with the service that I have experienced from Flame Connection. They really went above and beyond for me after a storm launched my barbecue. I have purchased a barbecue and a smoker from Flame Connection, and have not had anything but positive experiences from their people.
