They're awful! All of their animals are either sitting on their own feces or are in the WRONG habitats! Their iguanas pretty much have an aquatic turtle habitat and their birds have small cages. It doesn't even look like they clean any of their cages most of the animals who have bedding are drenched in urine and feces this place is the definition of animal neglect. They must be reported!*update*Drove past while it was raining and they have animals sitting in crates outside in the COLD RAIN!

I have to agree with Viviana G.The animals here are poorly kept. Puppies in a small crate (last i saw they were all tight together in one small cage!) with pee and poop on them. Puppies have no warm bedding on the cement cold floor when I last saw them. No water to drink near by.Kitties are the same way, very dirty cages.Owners young daughter shouldn't handle the puppies infront of costumers. The puppy was teething and it nibbled on her ear and she hit the puppies face hard. Puppy cried. Huge turn off for me when there is animal cruelty.The owner (Ulises R.) doesn't know well of the fish he sells (makes me laugh because I am a fish owner).Filters are not running well. Guppies are too much over breed that they have deformities.Owners fish are always dying.The owner is also selling beauty products, what animal store sells human perfume?It looks unprofessional.It is a huge sign that this place is only in for the money and not the joy of selling fish and live animals.So this place no longer has my business. And I do not recommend either.PSAlmost all of his good reviews are by all his real life friends and his girlfriend friends (did my research).

First of all, people should be going to local shelters to adopt animals...even puppies. There are so many adoptable animals that are looking for homes. Going to a pet store is just ridiculous. Secondly, these people have been investigated before regarding the care of their animals. Small cages, sitting in their own feces. This place needs to go away.
