Several years ago my wife and I ate at Firebirds and had a poor service experience balanced with excellent food. A second trip a couple of years later was the exact same, so we decided not to return. Definitely not worth the money to us. At this past Christmas we received a Firebirds gift card. The gift was very nice and on Friday after a week of being under the weather and not wanting to cook, we decided to remove the poor service out of the equation and pick up food to go. The website was easy and we picked a family meal and I went to pick it up. With a few minutes to spare, I parked at the hard to find to go parking spot. Called the number as directed by the sign and was told I had to come inside to pick it up. I went inside and had to politely break up the three young ladies' discussion at the hostess station to find my meal. When unable to locate it, the young lady told me that it might be still being prepared and went to rejoin her discussion after asking me to have a seat. I waited twenty-five minutes. The same young lady must have observed my frustration and decided to check on my food again. I asked the remaining hostess what the point of ordering online was if it took twice as long to receive and she told me that it was Friday night and sometimes things take a little longer. Luckily for the two of us, I was handed my meal with little to no discussion and I left. The third strike for a restaurant that I had been willing to write off a long time ago and with no ill will about. Too many choices here to hold a grudge. For what should've been an easy transaction; cook the food, package the food, give the food; I ended up feeling like it was a privilege for me to wait twice as long for a tepid meal that I still had to drive home. The pasta jambalaya was good but not very warm. The salad was good. The cookies were burned. The insulting part was that the tip was done at the time of the order. Since it was a gift card and we had no plans to go back to this place, I tipped 25%. I'm not sure what enemy I have that I could give the remainder of this now $15 gift card to but I will be on the look out.

Sooooooo nice. Service was friendly and pleasant. A little slow sometimes and forgetful but luckily other staff members are there and willing to help out! That's good service. The restaurant reminds me a little bit of Sullivans. I think seeing the kitchen is neat. Food was amazing. Came out at good times. Before we had our meal we shared a salad and bread and the timing of it being served was on point.

I was at the Apple Store handling some repairs on my AirPod Max. Wanted a good steak and I came here for the ribeye Cajun style. It was awesome, perfectly rare, totally tender and deliciously seasoned. I got the deviled eggs and they had pieces of bacon and pepper in them and they were amazing as well a nice whiskey to wash it down and I had an amazing meal. It was totally worth what I paid for it.

The food was okay heat but a bit pricey. There was good open space and the bathrooms were nice and clean. The best thing was the service. We had a great, professional server who was very good at his job.

I would rate somewhere between 3 - 3.25 if I could. I was looking forward to the dining experience but was left a little disappointed. The service was great (kudos to Gavyn), and I was thankful for the flexibility. Additionally, the manager (Mario) apologized for the shortcomings and provided a complimentary dessert; a nice touch. Appletinis are not on the cocktail menu, but the bartender came through with a better than average drink. Unfortunately, the good was slightly outweighed by the average/bad. The Chicken Tortilla Soup was served lukewarm, lacked a discernible amount of chicken, and was rather bland. The Southwest Au Gratin were nice and cheesy but entirely too salty. The Filet Mignon was very average. Not terrible, but not nearly on par with a good a la carte steakhouse. Considering the price point, it's probably about what I expected. Overall, it's better than a casual dining restaurant like Applebee's but well below a good a la carte steakhouse like Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. Based on the quality of service and food - while suffering some shortcomings was not bad - I would be willing to give the restaurant another chance.

Went here Friday evening with some family and friends. I was happy to see they still had the appetizers I loved last time. My husband and I again ordered the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls and the deviled eggs. We didn't love the egg rolls as much as we did previously, though it was still reminiscent of the beloved sandwich. It really just tasted like meat (& maybe needed) some sort of a sweet sauce to finish tying it together. I loved the deviled eggs again while the egg lovers at the table did not lol. I don't know what it is but these ones are just the perfect savory (tiny sweet) combo with a kick from the jalapeño.the stuffing is also light. I ordered the tomahawk pork chop with the charred carrots & scalloped potatoes which was impressive. The scallop potatoes were cheesy and yummy! The pork chop was as it was described but incredibly thick, I would not order it again. I just feel it was so much meat, you don't get much flavor if that makes sense. The charred carrots would have been a good add except they put all this extra unnecessary stuff on it. The goat cheese was extremely robust and uncalled for and the pumpkin seeds just seemed like they had their child in there Playing with stuff in the kitchen. I would have been okay with just the pico but all of that together was a mess and not good. It ruined the charred carrots that would have gone well with the meal and I feel it should have been fully described on the menu. Took a star for that.. I was told the yummy looking burger and the sea bass was just okay (they felt it wasn't actually sea bass and the other felt the burger was difficult to eat it was so big). And from tasting the cilantro chicken, it was a but underwhelming. Our server was friendly and helpful. Overall not a bad restaurant, would still go again.

I Made reservations through the app OpenTable (gotta get those points)! I came for a self-care date. I knew what I wanted before I even sat down: a martini with blue cheese olives (only because they don't have cocktail onions) and their incredible lobster cheese queso. They did have another small menu that looked new and sounded amazing with offerings such as tortilla soup, arugula carrot salad, and you can pair it with a sandwich, such as a sirloin grilled cheese, BLT, etc. I've included a picture of the menu.IIt's a very nice environment, open space with plenty of booths and tables. They play pleasing music in the background. The staff was all very accommodating and kind. There is a patio and Bar Along with a happy hour special. Lots of parking too. It's a great place for a celebration dinner or date night.

Our meal was darn near excellent. Appetizer was lobster spinach queso ($18.95) and outstanding. Almost a meal in itself. Wife had salmon ($33.25) which smaller in size but moist and flavorful. She had a loaded bake potato and vegetables which came with it and were good. I had NY Strip ($33.95) with a loaded potato which both were very good. With drinks and tip our bill was over $130. Service was very good.Negatives: Wife told me the ladies room was disgusting. Really bad. We sat near a man who chose to wear a t-shirt and ball cap for his dinner out. Come on! You're going to spend around $100 for dinner at a nice foothills restaurant and that's what you wear?

Our waitress was excellent. Service was great. Our drink glasses were never empty. We had the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls for an appetizer. They were delicious. Our party of 4 all had steak. Three filets and one ribeye. All of the steaks were very good. Ambiance was good on a Friday night.
