I called Bill in a panic over my computer being hacked. My amazon account was being hit with fraudulent charges and my email inbox was being flooded with emails. He was able to work on it over the weekend and have it back to me by Monday. He didn't have to wipe my system which I greatly appreciate. The invoice correctly states the virus/malware exorcism has been successfully performed. I think my custom 2007 gamer computer that has been Frankenstein-ed with new parts over the years will live to see at least a few more.

I'm a techie and can fix most things, but laptops and I just don't get along. Fireball is around the corner from me (next to my favorite smoothie shop...oh darn), so I tried them out fixing our kids laptops. One broken screen, won't wouldn't boot, both at the hands of teenagers. Big surprise.Bill at the shop didn't flinch and the price was right, so I let him take care of them. Took all of a couple of days, and only because he had to order the new screen. He did the work very well and both laptops were in great working order again. Until they broke them again, but that's teenagers for you. Bill took care of me that time too.Nice people - he and his daughter run the shop. Both are very good at what they do, and nice to talk to as well. Super handy to have a computer repair shop less than a half mile from the house that knows what they are doing.

I took two computers in for diagnostics. Bill was friendly, helpful and informative. He ended up advising me against spending money on repairs given the value of the computers. My daughters drank his complementary beverages, and we took a fair amount of his time, but there was no charge. He seems to care a lot more about helping the customer than taking your money. I'll definitely go back the next time I have a computer issue.

Took my wife's laptop in to repair the power switch. Turns out to be the motherboard where the switch is located. Verbal quote: $60 for a new MB, $200 labor to install it. Laptop wasn't worth it, so I told them to put it back together and I paid the $59 diagnostic charge. Got it home, got it to turn on, and the indicator light panel was dead (new symptom). Took the laptop apart, found the panel flex-cable was wrapped back on itself and taped out of the way. Why didn't they reconnect it? Oh, the ZIF connector locking piece was missing. Oooops on their part. It had to be there when I brought the laptop in to them, as the panel was operational. I expected the laptop to be in the same condition when it was returned to me as when I brought it in. Or at least, be honest and tell me about the ZIF connector and panel problem that I have to assume was caused when they disassembled the laptop. Won't go back, won't send friends there, won't send enemies there. I like honest communication.

I would highly recommend this place. They fixed my computer up quicker than I thought, and just in time for school to start. I could swear my computer was working better than it did out of box after the virus removal. Bill and Zia do amazing work and very personable.

Great place to bring your computer whatever the problem. I've used their services a few times and have always had excellent results. Very good repair turnaround time, and the owner is extremely knowledgeable with diagnosing and fixing problems. I've had some bad experiences with other places being slow or not really getting solutions to FIX problems. Never been disappointed at Fireball ~
