Just revisted after seeing "New Management " sign on building. I ordered their carne asada and pollo asada tacos & they were HUGE! I could not even finish one! Had a taste of each and meats were flavorful. Rice and beans are good. Salsas tasted good, too! Service was still friendly. We sat inside and the small restaurant is clean with plenty of seating. They serve aguas frescas, too! Hubby ordered their taquitos and those looked good, but I didn't taste them. It looks like this location is better than before and I'll be returning to try a few other items and if those are equally as good, I'll be updating this review again to hopefully a 4-star! Keep up the great management! For now, this place is definitely a solid.

We have come here many times as we are fans of their burritos. Our last couple of visits have been a struggle on the service delivery side. Not sure if they are short staffed or what. This last visit was a dine in, and the lady at the counter taking the orders looked and acted like she would rather be anywhere else but there. Friendly... NOT. The dining room area needed a good clean up, despite the lady behind the counter just standing there waiting for something to happen. We waited 25 minutes for our food and it was not too busy, drive through was so-so but there was only one gentleman cooking in the kitchen. I will say though that once we did get our food it was good. Kudos to the cook!

Service is terrible. They do not consider you a customer if you only order a drink, pick up deliveries for services like Uber Eats or Door Dash. Heaven forbid you need to use the restroom and you are "not a customer" in their opinion. They are quite rude if you ask them. And you have to ask because they keep the key in their pocket. Don't get me started on how long they take to fulfill an order if its Door Dash or Uber. 15-20 mins is ridiculous in my opinion. If other restaurants can have orders ready in 5 or quicker, picking up from Filiberto's is not worth your time as a driver. You could pick up and probably have an order from somewhere else in the time it takes them to acknowledge the order, make it, package, and hand it to you.Go to Papa Locos on Rita Road! They are friendly and the food is amazing!

I paid 32 bucks for three burritos the size of a Taco Bell entree; a bean and cheese burrito, a bacon breakfast burrito that had a cross-section of half-tortilla and half actual burrito ingredients, and a steak breakfast burrito that came with a sharp little white plastic triangle inside!I can't decide wether to call our drive-thru wait of 30 minutes the icing on the cake, or the fact that they only gave us 3 little red salsa cups when I asked for some. If I'm paying over 10 bucks per burrito, I'm sure they can afford to at least throw 2-3 salsas per burrito in the bag. I have been here 4 or 5 times over the past two years now and this is a typical experience. I have only returned on hopes that the restaurant has improved because it has amazing potential with location and the hours it USED to offer. Now it's only open 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM as opposed to almost any hour of the day or night last year.I'd call and try to provide real feedback but the number never actually works inside, or a different Filiberto's answers the phone.

Horrible servicio. Siempre andan de groseros, lentos y mal ambientados. La comida no vale lo que piden. Demasiado caro. No sé quiénes se creen cobrar lo que cobran por su comida mediocre pero no recomiendo comer aquí. Mejor vayan a Rancho Rústico o comer en casa.
