Every Filibertos uses fresh food daily. I.was in the neighborhood and this was as consistent as all of them It's also about expectations, everyone is under staffed, so I always appreciate the service staff who are working. The parking is easy and plentiful. The restaurant was clean and they also have a nice seating area.The service was fast and efficient and the line moved along quickly. It is a Southwest Mex street Tacos style place. The food was good and solid hot and delicious. I had the Carne asada and Al pastor fillings, corn tacos and I had my favorite "the California Burrito" in San Diego known as a "Surfer burrito." The chips were great all very fresh and plentiful with a great salsa. They juice and coke products... I've been several times and I'm sure I'll go several more....I usually go through the drive in

Thanks to bidenflation this place has now cheaped out even their great green chili burritos. Once filled with great green chili they now stuff it full of rice to make it look big but only give you a little of the green chili. Together with a drink plus a fee for using a credit card it cost $15.05. Why do I even bother?

I love Filiberto's. The food is consistently fresh and tasty, and the people are super nice. Today I dropped by the drive through and got a fish taco and a bean and bean burrito. The fish is deep fried with a crunchy batter you get two large pieces bigger than the corn tortilla with sliced cabbage and a yummy creamy sauce. It's my favorite. The bean and cheese was delicious as well on a large flour tortilla and they didn't skimp on the cheese. A couple months ago I tried a carnitas bowl which was really good too. Rice beans pico de gallo and carnitas, yummy. You can't get Mexican food like this everywhere.

If you want a late night burrito after doing a lot of drinking this is definitely the place to go. Decently priced for the huge burrito you get. Chicken burrito hits the spot. Ask for the red hot sauce, much better than the green.

I'm from San Diego and got into town late. Stopped by and ordered the Extreme Fajita Burrito. When I pulled up to the window , my chihuahua started barking as always. it's so irritating however, the guy working the window was so cool. He told me about his 4 dogs and shared pictures of them. Then he gave my dog a cup of unseasoned carne asada. I thought that was the nicest thing ever!The burrito was very tasty. The tortilla was very authentic. Almost seemed homemade. the meet was juicy and hot. The vegetables fresh and crunchy. I was very satisfied!
