ZACHARY (and Mike) said he would be here this morning at 8:15 and therehe was! Rare these days. In lickety split time he had all my ills cured. I ama cyber geezer and for him it was a snap.Courteous and money saving for a couple of new products, he also got mycomputer on the TV screen, hooked up two fire TVs and two Echos.I'm very pleased.

This store is my go to place. They are friendly, efficient and extremely knowledgeable.

Just moved to this area and needed help transferring data from older iMac to MacBook Pro. Called and they were helpful and I decided to take both mine and my daughters in. What a friendly, professional staff, especially Sam, the greeter! There was an issue with mine and they worked around it. Today we have our laptops all ready to go. And I think their prices are very reasonable. Thank you guys.

I was having problems with my laptop and took it into Fast Rhino, they diagnosed it as having some kind of virus that they could not get rid of however my hard drive was failing so the virus was not an issue any more and I needed a new computer. They evaluated my needs and purchased a new computer at a great price. They transferred everything over from my old computer but the virus. Merlin delivered the computer and spent 2 house helping get everything set up and running. Since then I have had some questions and problems which he has been more than willing to help me. Merlin, Sherry and the entire staff are great to work with in addition to them being very competent in diagnosing and fixing any problems. They are great to work with and I highly recommend them. My mother in law just called them this morning because her chrome book turned off on her for no apparent reason. I gave her Fast Rhinos number and the nice young man that answered her call was able to help walk her through how to reset it herself. She was SO delighted and thankful for his assistance. We will definitely call them again if we need help with our computers. Thank you to whoever answered her call today!! You were an answer to prayer for her!

Spilled coffee on my laptop and called Fast Rhino to get an appointment, but Mike walked me through a few things that saved me the trip and repair cost.Very friendly, professional, and I would highly recommend them.

Fast Rhino is truly a primo computer repair business. Merlin and his staff are highly knowledgeable and competent, very trustworthy, and both professional and personable, at the same time. They take the concept of customer service to a whole new level! They never fail to keep the customer regularly informed on the progress of repairs, or problems they encounter. My large screen iMac failed to boot up. I called Fast Rhino and they instructed me to bring the computer to their shop, since boot failure indicated a likely problem with the hard drive. Turned out, the hard drive had crashed. Fast Rhino diligently tried, but was unable to recover data from that hard drive, and so Merlin, the owner, directed me to DriveSavers, a company that specializes in data recovery in a "clean room" atmosphere. Unfortunately, DriveSavers was also unable to recover anything from the crashed hard drive. Fast Rhino installed a new hard drive into my disabled iMac, which is now running very well. Merlin even set up Time Machine on my repaired iMac, to help me avoid any further data losses. These people go more than the extra mile! Fast Rhino's prices are extremely reasonable, both for computer repair and the products they sell. Also, they service Apple computers, so no longer do you Mac users have to wade through the Apple Store's customer service system, only to be told they cannot help you. Without reservation, I highly recommend Fast Rhino. In the future, I'll turn to them again for any computer repair needs. Importantly, they do make house calls, and they do recycle electronics for you.

I was lucky enough to pull up an excellent computer repair show, Fast Rhino. I have an older Dell desktop computer that keeps resetting the Windows password every year around the same time and it is never online. So for the past 3 years, I have gone to "U Break, I Fix" in Goodyear, AZ. They charge me $99.00 each year for the same thing. It happened again this year so I dropped it off in Mesa at "U Break, I Fix". After 3 weeks, I went to pick it up and they never got to it, didn't call me, and already charged me. I took the computer back home and looked up Fast Rhino. I went into their store and Merlin took the time to take care of my problem right then and there and only charge me $29.00!!!! I couldn't be happier that I found them. I would suggest anyone who is having issues with their computers to go to Fast Rhino. Fast and very reasonable! Thank you Fast Rhino!!!!

I just moved the area and had an issue with my very old Apple monitor. Mike checked it out very thoroughly, right away and gave me the answer I needed. They were super friendly and very responsive to my questions. It was very welcome and it's great to know that they're nearby and that I can rely on them.
