Fast-Fix Jewelry and Watch Repairs - Tucson

Located right inside of Tucson Mall. I got a necklace fixed here - they told me it would be two days to finish, but called the same day to say it was done! I said, "that was fast", and he said "yes maam, that's why we're called 'fast fix jewelry'" LOL! Then I got my wedding ring resized and fixed, that one did take a week, no big deal at all. They first told me $400.00, and I hesitated, then they asked what would I pay! I got it down to $300.00! So they will haggle with you! Fast and friendly, and they were busy each time that I went. They did a beautiful job, and my wedding ring looked new and gorgeous when I picked it up, and now fits perfectly!

Stopped in at Fast Fix to have links removed from new watch band. They always take good care of me with quick, friendly and courteous service. If you need a Fast Fix on your jewelry THIS is the place.

Showed up at 7:30pm to drop off a watch for a new battery to pick up tomorrow. As we walked up the stairs right below the store, the young, male employee had all lights off, the security gate was closed, he had his jacket on with his backpack and was about to slip out underneath the door. My husband went up and asked him if they were closed and that online it said they were open til 8pm - and the guy just shrugged and said they were closed - and as we were descending the stairs, he slipped under the gate and locked up. We had made the trip to the mall SOLELY for this watch battery. It does not behoove a business to not keep their web stated hours. Won't try again. As you can see by the picture, my watch shows 7:33pm and Fast Fix dark with gate closed. Customer service does not exist anymore. Sad.

my wife and I took a Tiffany bracelet and a anklet there to be fixed. They gave us an estimate of a week, and we got a call after two days that they were repaired. My wife is extremely particular, and was very very pleased with their work. So pleased, in fact that we dropped off a diamond tennis bracelet to be fixed as well.
