Fashion Cuts

Got my hair coloured here and Sasha did a fantastic job. It took 3 1/2 hours (I have lots of hair that's fairly long) to do 3 colours mixed together (magenta, pink, and violet). * Sasha did the colouring process fairly quickly and very efficiently. She did a fantastic job and it looks gorgeous. She spent a long time washing my hair and massaging my scalp which was so very nice! * They clearly have a faithful client base because almost everyone that came in they knew by name and asked lots of questions about their life. The girls were friendly and the atmosphere was nice.* For me it was a bit pricey ($115 + tip) but they had to use LOTS of product and it was a long process. When I called I was quoted $115, and when I was being rung up it should've been $140, but they stuck with their original quote. I definitely will be coming back!

I brought my 5 yr old boy for a haircut. The girl did a really good job, the place was clean, friendly staff, great experience here overall. I would recommend them to others.

I love this salon! They are all super friendly, fun, and really invested in the clients! I had Brenda dye my hair and she went above and beyond! It came out perfectly and I really enjoyed the whole experience. My husband also had his hair cut while he waited and they did a wonderful job! I have to say I spent most of the time talking and laughing while we were there. I have never been to a salon that has such a positive and fun atmosphere. I will definitely only be going here from now on.

We have been coming here for almost 10 years, and I'd say the hair cuts (Brenda) are among the best I've ever had, and I've paid a lot more for haircuts that aren't half as good. The place is clean and the price is right. Where can you get a precision cut, wash, blow dry for under $20 that lasts a full month and looks good for the full month? Plus, they get to know their customers, so you feel a bit like "family".

Living back east, I normally pay a minimum of $60 for a decent haircut. Today, I visited Stephanie at A Cut Above and had the best haircut ever (better than my last $100 cut)! Stephanie listened, explained and then cut my sometimes unruly hair into a flattering, manageable and amazing style. She took more time than any stylist I have ever met, even styled my hair multiple ways. Loved it! Run, do not walk, to have Stephanie perform her magic on your hair.
