This shop is the best. Very friendly staff that is incredibly knowledgeable. I came in with a broken spoke and the fixed it for me in less than an hour. I am from Chicago and wish we had a shop this good. Highly recommended.

Stopped in on a road trip to ask about local riding- they went out of their way to help us out and gave us great tips for local routes and riding.

High end shop that does it all and has been doing it since 1973 or so. We had heard good things and wanted to check them out.Boy are the on-it. Great selection and great service. I don't think I'm a high end bike customer, but I appreciate what they do. And they were very happy to engage with me in anything i wanted. Nice!

I have been looking for new bike helmets to replace the pair we have had for years. This shop had the best selection of helmets and brands of any place I have been in months of searching. I knew it would be a hundred ($) or more for the best Protection. I didn't buy because I needed to look at one more stop. And they had the best selection of gel filled gloves. I ll come back for those. Otis and the young lady were very knowledgeable and not pushy. They had at least 4 brands and enough sizes to try onNice shop, first time here

Flew in from Seattle for a week of riding in Tucson...my bike had a frayed cable and needed replacement, friendly mechanic went above and beyond to fix it and got me back up and running in a timely manner. Highly recommend Fair Wheel for their friendly staff and attention to detail

Prompt response in a time when everyone wants to cycle is important. These professionals know their stuff and have been literally doing this cycling sales and repair forrrevvver. I needed my ebike assembled and they were thorough and helpful. A few weeks later, I needed a water bottle cage assembled on my ebike and they had a cool jersey selection as well. I then needed a repair after crashing my ebike. It's back in the shop now and they took it in while giving me kind wishes to heal quickly.

I took my Specialized Vado e-bike to Fair Wheels because the computer readout was not working. They quickly tried a number of fixes (updates, battery, connections) and had no luck. They coninued to diligently and persistently research and work to get to the root cause - app update, connection, and reading. This was a unique problem that they rarely deal with and I appreciated their help. Then they changed an incredibly reasonable rate. I highly recommend this shop and will use them for any biking need.

Nothing but good experiences and good service from this place. I love my bike and they made my feel very comfortable finding something that I wanted and was comfortable with. While they have customers from a wide range of ages, backgrounds and abilities, they are patient and accommodating to older customers as well. (Something that isn't always guaranteed in athletic oriented shops). The maintenance Department is also great. And they are very quick at figuring out what you need and is best suited to you.
