One of the best coffee shops. The way they fuse local flavors like chiltapan and mole into their coffees is just genius.

Such a cool coffee shop in downtown Tucson. Great ambience. Exposed brick walls, industrial ceing, roaster at the end of the coffee bar. Americano had a great flavor and the oat milk was free! Whu hu! Scottsdale, take note! Only issue was the cup size was small and the coffee didn't stay hot for too long. Great hangout place to chat/read.

Cool local spot for coffee. Their coffee is a little more expensive, but they appear to roast their own coffee beans in the back. I would prefer more choice of drip coffee, but that's a minor complain. I wanted a dark roast, but what I got was a great cup of medium roast. Definitely check this place out if you want a cup of great coffee.

I love the ambiance of this bar. They have a little corner with books and soft lighting throughout. I came here as part of the mezCrawl mezcal tasting bar event a few months ago and loved the cocktail they made. I wish I knew the name of it to order it again. I came here last night (Saturday night) around 9:30pm and it wasn't very busy compared to the size of the place. I don't think a lot of people know about it yet. There were about 10 people there. I tried the cascada rosada. It wasn't my favorite but my friend really liked it. It kind of tasted like a margarita to me. it looks like they also have a small snack menu.

A great expression of Tucson. This is the high-end-coffee shop version of a mezcal bar. You come to appreciate the quality of spirits, conversation, and folk/country/americana music. Be sure to check their event schedule to make sure you the band matches your evening's mood.

Exo Bar is one of my favorite bars in Tucson. As fellow Yelper, Louie C notes in his review: it's a "great expression of Tucson." From the use of local/regional ingredients in their cocktails to featuring local musicians and artists, Exo puts the spotlight on what makes Tucson so special. Know before you go: Exo is a Mezcal focused bar but they also have other spirits and craft cocktails on the menu Their selection is awesome! Exo is popping with events from Mezcal tastings on Tuesdays and Thursdays to live music on weekend, album release parties and more. Go there for high quality cocktails, beautiful ambiance and good people.

Exo Bar is a fun spot. We went one evening when there was live music playing. The vibe in Exo Bar is so calm and welcoming. You'll definitely catch many Tucson locals hanging out here on a Saturday night. There was every kind of person in attendance. It made for some great people watching if you're into that.I ordered a cocktail from the bar and was pleased with its interesting presentation. It came in a tall, skinny glass with a dehydrated fruit on top. It smelled smokey, something I'm not a fan of but I appreciated the experience.

My girlfriend and I were on our way to Tap & Bottle when we saw this bar was open. The sign said "Mezcal cocktails and small plates". We decided to stop in. The bar itself had a nice ambiance and a huge selection of mezcal bottles. We sat at the bar where I ordered a beer and she got one of the mezcal cocktails. We were a little hungry so we inquired about the small plates that were advertised on the sign. The bartender (never got his name) told us that they had nothing available except for chips and salsa. My gf asked if the salsa is made in-house. He said "no, but it is definitely homemade". We decided to try it. The bartender went to the back to get it. I dont think he was aware that there was an opening in the wall and we could clearly see him crack open a big jar of Kirkland brand salsa and pour it on a plate. He came back and set it in front of us without a single word. We were shocked. Why lie about that? If he just said "sorry guys. It's actually from Costco", we would've still ordered it. To make matters even worse, some girl walked up to the bar and asked another bartender about the small plates. He told her that they had chips and salsa or a cheese and chorizo plate which we were never told about and we would've ordered instead. Our bartender was standing right next to the other guy and heard him offer her the chorizo and cheese plate. Yet again, zero acknowledgement. If he just said "hey guys. I forgot to tell you that we also have this other option", everything would have been fine. We quickly finished our drinks, paid for them and the "home-made" salsa and got out of there. Pretty disappointing experience overall. Customer service goes a long way. The only reason I didnt give it one star is because my girlfriend liked her drink.
