Looking for a great place to do physical therapy look no further. This place has everything you need for your recovery. I was referred here after I had surgery, and they did a great job. They had me back to work within a month or so. The staff is friendly and isn't afraid to push you to your limits. They have two locations: Eastside on Pima and Wilmot and Northwest on River and Orange Grove. Both locations offer PT as well as other modalities such as dry needling, cold laser, cryotherapy, cupping, spinal traction and much more.

Came here after hurting my knee. I have found the staff to be courteous and Dr Warren and her team to be patient focused and very knowledgeable. When I had to travel, and didn't have a band for some of my exercises, Dr Warren gave me a new band to take with me. Acupuncture and electrical stimulation has been good. Overall a tailored and patient focused experience. Very happy. By the way, my son broke his leg skiing almost three years ago. He came here and loved it.

I injured my back at work and went to a different pt provider for a month, with little improvement. Then switched to Evolve. What a difference! I started getting better right away. Dr. Warren pinpointed the problems and knew exactly what I needed to do to fix them. Absolutely outstanding.

This is an excellent facility and a truly excellent group of therapists! I went to Evolve last year for a knee problem (fissure in the cartilage). When I began I could barely get up the long stairway up to the office (don't worry they also have an elevator). I had to hold the handrail with one hand, sometimes both hands, and kind of drag myself up because my knee hurt so much. My doctor had given me hyaluronic shots and that helped somewhat but still every time I took a step I was aware of an ache in my knee and shin and outright pain walking up steps. I thought it was going to be that way for the rest of my life (cartilage doesn't really heal all that much). I did several months of therapy at Evolve and used those steps as my gauge. At the end I was able to walk up the steps with only an occasional twinge, and a light touch on the rail for balance only, a huge improvement. But there's more! When I had to return to Evolve this year for therapy on a torn shoulder rotator cuff I walked up the steps without holding the rail at all and without any twinges. I have even forgotten about my knee problem, and while I sometimes notice that it doesn't always feel the same as the other one it is truly amazing how good it is. I credit Dr. Kate Warren (the owner) with designing a program to help me accomplish this. I give myself a bit of credit for following her program for the last year on my own, but without her expertise I know I would not be in the shape I am in today. I am very impressed by the staff's deep knowledge of the science behind physical therapy, and their willingness to share that information. In addition Dr. Warren tries to be on the cutting edge of rehabilitation science, so her patients get the benefit of the most advanced techniques and equipment available. Oh, and one last thing. They are a fun bunch!
