Excellent service! Took my Kawasaki Vulcan to get a leak fixed and everyone was super friendly and they took my bike right in. Reached out to them through Facebook and they responded right away, sent me an email with the invoice so I could pay right on my phone, loved that I could do everything electronically. Prices are pretty good and bike runs great now!! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for service.

I took my modified 2013 Hayabusa to ESP for tires, service and small electrical mod. I found Phil to be responsive, friendly and I was very happy with the service and price. Most importantly I felt very comfortable leaving my bike in his hands. Would highly recommend them.

ESP is by far the best motorcycle shop I've been to since I started riding. They do everything, from performance enhancement to regular maintenance and are always really thorough and helpful in their work and recommendations. It's the only shop I've been to where I completely trust the people working there. The prices are very very good, I highly recommend ESP, and will be a customer for life.

ESP is the best of the best when it comes to motorcycle performance. I started out riding on the street, and they were very helpful with any maintenance questions I had, and their prices are very very very competitive. When I got into doing track riding, I started to really rely on their vast amount of knowledge, and evan and phil were always available for questions. Just straight up good guys who know what they are doing when it comes to 2 wheels and a motor. The passion they have for the sport is contagious, and these guys work their butts off to make the cutomer their number one priority.

Short story:I waited a long time to have my motorcycle fixed, but the job was impeccable, communication was great, and they paid attention to every details. I strongly recommend ESPLong story:ESP was my first call when my motorcycle needed to be fixed. To replace the cylinder head gasket, I was told that it would take at least 3 weeks. It was the height of the AMA season, and Even was helping the riders to compete. I would have to wait. Since I use the bike every day, I tried to have it fixed faster at another location. That other location, which pretends to work on any motorcycles, messed up bad with my engine: the bike was given back to me limping on 3 cylinders (a Kawasaki ZX10R with an inline 4). So I went back to ESP and waited, waited, waited... Once they finally had time for my little problem, they immediately found what the other shop did wrong: they forgot to plug the intake manifold vacuum port cap, a $0.10 part. But while doing the engine inspection, ESP also discovered a water pump leak, and that the chain tentioner needed to be replace. They immediately contacted me, showed me the problems, and we discussed the fix and cost. Overall, they replaced all the parts, and my motorcycle is running like new.I strongly recommend ESP for any of your motorcycle problem. Even if you do not want to wait, that is to bad, but you will be happy you did so.I particularly like that, conversely to other places, you can directly talk to the mechanics, either Evan or Phil. They are approachable, and very nice people.I know ESP since a very long time, went to the track with them, and they never ever disappointed me.4 stars because of the wait, otherwise it is a 6.

Best shop in Tucson hands down. Phil knows his stuff and will get you out of there and riding asap.

Best tuning shop around. They do wonders on the dyno and set up ohlins Suspention like no one else. I live in gilbert and drive down to them when I need work. 3 hour round trip but well worth it. Evan and Phil are the best! Keep up the good work.

ESP is a small shop run with professionalism and personable atmosphere. Went to this local shop to have new tires put on my moto, discovered a little gem. The mechanic had worked all over the globe and was a fountain of knowledge willing to discuss an array of motorcycle topics. I am completely new to moto sports and found this place exactly what I needed. ESP has extremely competitive prices and make up for any small difference in price with there pleasant warm small shop attitude. Give them a try for your next moto maintenance!!!!!

Was going to drop my bike off at 9am (when they say they open)and I got my wife to drive out to get me but no one was there as I sat there for an hour with no one showing up. Apparently they were at a race but posted nothing to let anyone know the shop was closed. Then after I finally got my bike in, the guy said he would be in from 4pm-6pm so I could pick it up. I go at 4pm and have a friend drive me, wait for an hour with another no show.
