I have my 1987 300 SDL Mercedes Benz the power steering pump went out. I am from out of town traveling through, they proceeded to diagnose the problem with the car. And gave a quote. the part unfortunately was in Germany and had to be ordered.. They graciously agreed to let me leave my car for 3 weeks while I continued on with my trip, in a rental property car.In my opinion they went above and beyond to make a customer happy. & I would highly recommend them who anyone traveling through, or local. The repair was not cheap. Mercedes parts are very expensive. The labor charges were in line. Since I already had a quote from my normal Mercedes repair shop.Great people to deal with.

My daughter is a student at UofA & her car's headlights were starting to go out. We are in Nevada so can't help her and I turned to Yelp. I contacted European Auto because of their Yelp rating & location from my daughter's apartment. Of course there was additional work they recommended be done, and there was some back & forth trying to understand what it was all about. There was also some back & forth about how long it was going to take. But overall, we are pretty satisfied the work, service, scheduling, and time it took to complete. The fourth star is for arranging a ride to pick up our daughter to take her back to the shop when her car was ready. I haven't done enough business with them to say for certain they are a 5 star business, but we are satisfied and they would be our first call if our daughter had more car issues.

This is a must-read for anyone using Mercedes Benz of Tucson for Service. I shudder at the fact they "serviced" it since 2009. I had the costly misconception they were the most qualified until several of their misdiagnoses practically deemed my car undrivable.A friend of mine raved about European Auto Repair, and out of desperation, I thankfully. brought my car to them, Every one of their employees is not only exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, but they are all consummate professionals. After several extensive corrections and repairs, the results exceeded my expectations. My car is as peppy and beautifully responsive as it did several years ago. It is, once again, a pleasure to drive. Thank you, European Auto Repair. I am immensely grateful!

Took daughters car in for a check up before driving back home 15 hours after her school ended. They were very good to responding and the work done quickly. They offered car shuttle rides back to my hotel, but that day they didn't have it available so they gave me credits for an Uber ride there and back. I highly recommend this import auto shop. I will be using them every year until my daughter graduates college.

As always, great service. My MiNi, Julyus, always leaves there happy. Called on Thursday, they took me Friday. I even got a ride to Target while I waited for Julyus. Once we were reunited, he was all shining and clean. Great service, great prices, what more can you ask for.

I can't rate them based on their work-- but the customer service was enough for me to give 1 star.I am visiting my parents from Los Angeles and had taken my car into the Land Rover dealership and they told me I needed to get the heater hoses on my car replaced due to a leak. I called European Auto Tech today to see if I could get a quote from them and was astounded from the attitude I was given from the lady who answered the phone. Not only was she rude when I asked about the heater hoses that needed to be replaced on my car, she was also talking down on me like I didn't know what I was talking about. She was extremely dismissive in her tone, saying "We won't even be able to see your car until next week anyways." (I never said I needed it done right away, but okay!). At the very end, she proceeds to ask me what quote Range Rover gave me, which I thought was complete unnecessary information. I'm calling you to get YOUR quote... Range Rover's quote is completely irrelevant. Why do you need to know the amount that they quoted me at? Are you basing YOUR quote off of what other dealerships gave me? I'm confused. Anyways, I will not be making an appointment here and will be taking my business elsewhere. The few interactions I've had through phone calls seem VERY unwelcoming. Just a bit of advice, considering we are in a Global Pandemic and kindness goes a long way these days: When someone calls, simply just be polite and helpful. No one wants to come give their money to a place with employees who have an attitude and treat potential customers with disrespect. Would rather give to the dealership.

I recently brought our college kid's 2013 Jetta to Tucson from Chicago area and needed to find a shop to fix an automatic door locking issue. I chose this place because of their Bosch certification. Everything worked out well and will be using them as our new regular service. They also give a student discount which is good to know.

Visited first time yesterday. I scraped bottom of car on divider . They were very nice. Checked underneath and told me the muffler was a bit twisted and dangerous positioning it near the gas tank. Refered me to the proper person and No Charge.I will definitely be returning . Good people.
