Resort is beautiful. Rooms and grounds are very nice. Resort seems newer. It's clean and comfortable. Room rates are reasonable. $169 per night I believe. Staff members are very sensitive and on edge. Most of them. From the GM, to lifeguards, they question every move you make. They question why are you standing or sitting there. Where are you going? They are in your face and very annoying. They are argumentative. They talk down to you. They treat you like second-class citizens. Really bizarre behavior. I've traveled the world and have never been treated like this before. I like the location, atmosphere, and ambiance. Employees need to step it up and serve their guests with dignity and respect. Hospitality is the service industry. Serve your guests. Be friendly. Going to throw this review on Trip Advisor as well.

We were confused initially which hotel we made reservations as there are two there. This one is not connected directly to the casino but it is an easy walk. The parking was really packed but I think it may have been because of an event or two happening there. The rooms were nice and clean, the staff was nice enough but I thought it seemed a little expensive for a casino hotel in the middle of nowhere. But maybe that is the point. You do not have a lot of choices.

Water Pressure A+. Comfy Bed. Quick easy check in. Room is very big. Large Desk. Lots of TV Channels. Short walk to the casino. Also had a small arcade and the gym looked pretty good, although I did not have a chance to use it. Would def be back.

Very nice, clean and accommodating hotel. The staff was super friendly and the nice front desk lady Stephanie was able to check me and my hubby in 1hr early. She went over and beyond she has such great customer service. I even called to ask if the water bottles in my room were free they said it was complimentary and offered us more. My room was comfortable and clean. The outside pool has a water slide, hot tub and a bar. Also it's very close to the casino, it's not far of a walk. Will definitely be back.

My brother was kind enough to share the room he was comped with us to end our week of anniversary celebration. I am SO glad he didn't pay anything for it. For it being newer, the beds were not very comfortable. The room itself was just okay. I have had nicer ones at Best Westerns. The bathroom faucet was broken, but operable. The water pressure was weak. We tried out the pool and spa area and I was not at all pleased when the bartender approached us and said that my husband's shorts were too short for the pool area. I could not believe this, as he was not "showing" anything. I asked my husband to consult the manager, as the very young bartender did not seem like the most appropriate person to make this decision. The front desk person said that because his shorts were not "see through" or "exposing" anything he could wear them as long as no one complained. I spoke with no fewer than 6 different people using the spa and none of them thought his attire was inappropriate. This "resort" does not offer any type of continental breakfast, so the highlight of our stay was the awesome lunch we had at Ume inside of Casino Del Sol. In my opinion, for this kind of money, stay at Star Pass or another worthy resort.

Brand new hotel! Very beautiful building. Modern features. Staff were all super friendly. Great waterslide at the pool, which was being enjoyed by kids and adults. Reasonably priced. Casino is about 50 yards from the hotel entrance.
