Very knowledgeable and personable staff. Overall an amazing place for any hair needs you have, including hair replacement, color, and extensions. Ask about the history of the company, as it's pretty intriguing!

**WARNING** Double talking scam-artist who takes advantage of people who are in need of hair pieces.I purchased three hair pieces in May of 2011 for $1,091.00 dollars. I was given a bill of sale that I purchased them, and along with a contract that stated that The Esquire would hold onto them for storage and maintenance for a period of 12 months for $165.00 a month. At the end of the 12 month period, Andre Gustek (the owner) notified me that if wished to continue using their services, I would have to renew the contract and pay another $1,091.00 dollars for three new pieces. The three pieces that were currently in use had absolutely nothing wrong with them, but he insisted they would have to be replaced. When I opted to no longer renew another contract with him, and requested my two other pieces back, he became irate and told me that I've been "leasing" them all along and that it's stated in the contract. I notified him that my contract said no such thing, nor was there any indication in the bill of sale that anything was ever being leased. At that point during the phone conversation he raised his voice and yelled "come and pick them up" and hung up.Upon arrival with my Wife, Andre said "you are never to come back here again; I don't do business with liars." He handed us the box with the two pieces in it reluctantly. He then pulled out a file and took out our contract only for us to show him our copy as well which proved that there was no indication what-so-ever on either the contract or bill of sale that these pieces were his property. We were astonished at his disgusting, unprofessional, and disgraceful behavior as when you are leasing something, you would never be paying anything out-right such as the $1091.00 dollars. After he begrudgingly handed us back the two pieces, we proceeded to leave. He then began to scream and yell, "I don't want you to ever come back here again" and as we stepped out of the building and closed both doors behind us, he then re-opened both of those doors and slammed them as hard as he could like a defiant adolescent.I highly recommend that you find another business for this type of service.
