Espresso Wrench

My experience with Espresso Wrench was just about as good as can be! I had purchased an older Rocket Cellini from Ebay (somthing I'll never do again), and what was found on the inside was broken pipes, a shorted out heating element, lots of hard water damage, and so much more. Dana (the office point person) was very friendly and very knowledgeable about what the business provides. Robert (the technician that worked on my machine) was also not only very knowledgeable, but was very good at communicating what work needed to be done and how he did it. Once I arrived to pick up my machine, Dana and Robert wanted to make sure that I have everything I need to care for my machine and keep it in proper working order. I couldn't be more satisfied with the work that they did on my machine! The only thing that was a bit of a drag was how long the wait was, however I look at it as a testament to their incredible work. I ended up waiting 6 1/2 weeks for my machine to be repaired, however they did tell me that it would take this long, which is why I didn't knock any stars off. In my opinion, the wait was worth it. Thank you for treating my machine with so much care and love, Espresso Wrench!

Very close to my house and work. Friendly and great service. Not too expensive considering the fact that there isn't really much, if any, competition for them in Tucson. They repaired my Oscar I and replaced any failing parts they found. Glad to support a local business. Keep in mind they only repair commercially rated machines.

I was having problems with an espresso machine that I had purchased and went to this location to get some descaler solution, but what I received was much more than just that. They gave me so much advice on how to fix my machine and what problems it could possibly have. Although, my machine was toast it was the best experience in customer service at a repair shop I've ever had!

What an amazing resource for coffee lovers!! I had a Miele coffee unit that I needed fixed. There was absolutely no service people available in Sonoita or Tucson. After a "Remote assistance phone support" consultation with Miele I ordered the part but had no idea how to fix it. Espresso Wrench does not usually work on Miele, however, after I explained that Miele would assist virtually, they agreed. They ended up not needing the help from Miele..my coffee maker is working perfect. So happy they were willing to help.

I had had a very good experience with Espresso wrench. He fixed my Linea Mini and it is running great.

Great service, great staff, and great prices. The staff at Espresso Wrench is just the best. I brought in my espresso machine and they diagnosed the problem for me and then helped me get all the parts I needed to have my machine back up and running. They are full of good advice for maintenance and upkeep of espresso machines and they simply just know these machines inside and out. The person running the front desk even printed me out a diagram of my machine in between phone calls and emails!
