From their website: "In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will." I don't really get this when I see how the flowers arrive. That is the only reason I have to take off any stars. It is not to say that they are not nice arrangements, but it feels like flower Russian roulette. I never know what's actually going to show up.For a small business, the price point is to be expected, especially when I include the price of delivery and tipping the driver. I have never had any issues with their delivery at all and the bouquets have always made them to their intended audience. They have called me and asked for further clarification; I appreciated them going the extra mile instead of returning it to the store as a failed delivery. Seeing as how this is the only customer service I have needed, I would say they excel in this area. I will continue to order from Eric's as long as I have a need for Tucson flower delivery, but if anything above would stress you out, look elsewhere.

Wrong flowers were delivered than what was ordered so I'm not even sure what flowers ended up arriving. The personalized note was typed out all weird and nobody cared to fix it, but the rest of the card was typed out normal. Will not be using this company again.

Very Poor Customer Service. I contacted them about a poor delivery made to my young teenage daughter because she was too afraid to call herself and complain and they refused to help and make it right. After multiple emails back and forth he defensively told me he wanted to clarify that I was not the customer or the recipient so basically I really had no say in the matter. The flowers died very quickly. What a waste of money by a poor young kid trying to make a nice gesture to my daughter. Please take your money somewhere else to order flowers. Customer service is for sure not their top priority.

I'm suprised the ratings were so low. It's a small, locally-owned business. The service was fast and friendly. It may have been more expensive than bigger businesses or a big chain, but they got me beautiful flowers quickly and arranged. This is a good business.

This is the most beautiful bouquet of flowers I've ever received. Fresh, and several days later they still look fresh. I could small them as soon as I opened the door and can smell them still every time I walk by. I will definitely use Eric's flower market next time I order flowers

I ordered flowers to be delivered for my 81 year old mother's birthday and they never arrived. Worse, this place sent a picture of the flowers on some other doorstep. When I called the next morning I got lots of attitude from an employee. No apology. I will never order from this place again. Buyer beware if you want to pay lots of money for flowers that don't get delivered as ordered.

Flowers ordered to be delivered for Mother's Day May 12 were delivered on May 16. The delivery person forced her way through an automatic gate, breaking the mechanism that keeps the gate closed.

The first picture is what ordered. The second is what was delivered. It is not close to what I paid for, not at all close to what I wanted. I have not had resolution for this. Although I understand it is the weekend, the arrangement I ordered and paid for did not get delivered for Mother's Day. It is now 6:40 PM, more than 24 hours after the sad arrangement that was substituted was delivered (and definitely not worth $75). Horribly disappointed.
