At 1st I was a bit put off by the rear entrance as our balcony mountain view room was to the back. I would not recommend anyone handicap or ailing bodies with a lot of luggage or heavy luggage to enter this way. Once inside the rooms are very spacious, logical and modern. Restrooms are well designed. Having two separate sinks in different rooms as well as the toilet in its own space is a super plus for us. These 2 room suites can easily accommodate 4 people, however, with 2 you can practically have your own setup and not disturb the other person. Our personal favorite spot in Tucson to stay.We were on the top floor so be mindful of elevator locations and walk distance. Stairs are spacious enough and located in between elevator locations. Pool is relatively large with the jacuzzi in sort of a private spot. A ton of grass and foliage making the scenery that much more appealing. Lobby is a bit small, however, there is this segregated style that works for privacy if you use the business center. The gym is super spacious and filled with a ton of equipment. Once all guests have arrived, parking became a bit challenging. All in all we would stay here again, and I would personally recommend this location. Cannot forget that Staff was very nice and accommodating, so kudos there also.Update 6/25No change, will be returning eventuallyUpdate 10/2024Wonderful stay again.Family tripsRooms: 5Service: 5Location: 5

Second time staying here. Everyone is great. Amazing breakfast to start your day. Good variety. Bed is so comfy. I don't even feel my husband moving around! Beautiful courtyard and pool area. Close to everything.

I do have an embassy suites bias. I love this place. The staff is always kind, the rooms are always clean, the made to order omelettes in the morning are to die for, and the pool area is well kept.

Most relaxing of all my embassy stays. Beds super comfy, rooms very relaxing, but the court yard is what sets the relaxation into its greatness. Many states and many embassy suites in the past this one tops the rest. Then why a 4 and not the 5? Well as a long time customer, sense covid the evening reception of snack food has dropped, its not the draw it use to be.

Not a great experience. My room had a funky smell, almost like the last remnant of a dead mouse. I tried to air the room out to no avail. Walked to the front desk and asked for maintenance to come check it out. They did and agreed there was a bad smell, and other rooms did not smell like mine. The guys thought it was maybe they didn't spray the room down prior to me checking in, which was an interesting comment. So he really sprayed the room down good, but it just could not cover it up, somewhat made it worse with the heavy spray now layered on the funk. Add to that the air filter for the room was so dirty I don't think it's been changed anywhere close to when it needed to be......so hard to filter out smells when your air filter is caked up with mess. I asked for that to be replaced and they said an engineer would have to do that the next day. I would've have moved rooms, but they were full and if they did move me, I would have to move again the next day. Let me also add that my room was quite dated and beat up a bit (see pics), and because the hotel is busy they charged $250 a night. There is no way this hotel is close to that price point. The only reason there is one star, other than the fact that Yelp doesn't give you 0 stars, is because of Sienna. She was the front desk person who was very apologetic and truly helpful. She really tried to get this resolved and was sincere in her efforts, so she is the only thing positive to note about this hotel. I appreciate the maintenance man as well, who before leaving the room offered to leave the entire bottle of disinfectant spray because he knew I was going to need it. Doesn't that say enough? I tried to check out of the hotel but the other Hilton close by was booked for the night as well. So I slept with the windows open, or at least tried, but not well. Exterior of the hotel, pool area, and lobby are relatively nice. Staff also seems friendly and accommodating. But at the end of the day you're paying for the room you sleep in and if that's beat up, your experience will be as well. And the icing on the cake for me.....they charged me $8 for two bottles of water. Dasani....nothing fancy,

I'm torn on the rating because this place has beds more comfy than the La Paloma we just stayed at, I love the way the rooms are set up with a separate sleeping area, they offer a fantastic breakfast AND they are super pet friendly! All amazing. However... it is HOT. When I checked into the lobby and it was so hot, I did not have a good feeling about the rooms. My suspicion was correct and they are hot. A family member was told that it's "July in Arizona" but we live here... we had to find a temporary stay while our house was being renovated and luckily we were able to run home and pick up some fans. Honestly, we contemplated leaving because of how hot our rooms were. If the air was working properly this place would be perfect.

Nice place to stay if you have to be in Tucson. Rooms were large and clean. Some nice views of the city depending on where your room is. Breakfast was a small continental plus an omelet bar. There was an evening reception but we just missed it. Would stay again

Room was ok. Some staff helpful and some nit so much. Daily cleanings provided but low quality. No waiting of counters and moping. Some USB outlets do not work. Breakfast was good. Beds comfortable an clean. Common areas suffer from aging and lack of maintenance. Tha sewer backup by our entrance did not help this rating. Elevators are a bit scary to ride too.

Asked for ADA ROOM. Was told we had ADA with walk in shower. NOPE. Not ADA and no walk in shower. Seems like the desk staff is clueless about their facilities and products. Plus we got the room with the best view in the house- of the roof over the front entry. Epic! this is the second Hilton facility I've stayed in in Tucson. Not Impressed with either stay. ADA parking is 70-100 feet to nearest OPEN and ACCESSIBLE DOOR. The closest door to ADA parking has a door that is locked with no key card access from exterior. Another EPIC FAIL! Woken at 7 am by the sound of some power tool racket that continued fir 45 minutes. Gee can't you wait till checkout time or is desturbung the peace of your guests your norm? Other things: bugs in room due to poor weather stripping on door (air leak), low water pressure, slow drains, litter in court yard and hanging in trees. Pool closed due to weather - no clouds, sun shining. So much for a morning swim. Breakfast was good though. Thank you line chef.Note to self. Never here, never again.

The room key didn't work twice and I had to wait in the heat outside to be moved to another room. I was told technology doesn't always work by front desk manager and that they had 100 check outs and closer rooms were not cleaned. The air conditioning doesn't cool the room. Stains on the wall and bathroom door. I don't recommend this hotel and would give it zero stars if possible.
