I had a capacitor blow on a Ryobi bench grinder. Not wanting to spend another $200.00 on one, I decided to take the capacitor over to Elliott's and see if they could match it up; and they did.Customer service is exceptional here and the sheer volume of odd ends of electronics is MIND boggling! They even had computer parts from the 80's!? Recommendation: Absolutely!! Need anything electronic, need to stop in here. It's the Radio Shack of yesterday... Only 20 times better

Great store for quality electrical supplies at fair prices. The staff here are very knowledgeable as well, witch always makes life easier.

First experience was good...I think the guy helping me was the owner but the second time coming in the experience was awful. I am not in the business of writing negative reviews but I am burning this bridge for I will not be returning. All that they offer is easily found online, their greatest asset would be customer service in which I find gaps. I have seen this in the past niche small business reviewed online positively by friends and family. Simply put it is a trap, simple wealth extraction with no soul and will make you feel crummy inside. Not helpful at all. Never will I return. Unfortunately the other soulless entity that is amazon will get my money because at least it is helpful. Enjoy your heaps of old stock in which you will be buried in like some kind of hoarder acting like it is gold. Check out Ryan's review I feel the same---------- (Customer service is hit or miss... however, once you recieve the miss, you never want to return. They acted like I had no where else to go and could not even rationally answer my questions. Waste of money going there.) Simply put you to need to move that product but not with that attitude.

Nice to find an online parts supplier with no minimum order requirements. I needed just two capacitors totaling under $4, and they arrived a few days later. A+. As for the guy who got what he needed, used their micrometer, and fixed his TV for $20, I don't know what else they could have done to earn the 5th star from him, but I'm giving them 5.

The staff is extremely supportive if you ask for help. I'm new to building electronics. As a novice, they were more than happy to spend a little extra time with me to wrap my head around all the parts they have available.

Fabulous old school electronics shop. Please patronize this business because losing it would be a great loss to the technical community in Tucson. Both for the fast pick up and exploration experience this shop is the real deal !

Just became aware of this place. Tough to find any surplus electronic part stores these days. Most have closed up or don't have an online store.Old (no longer available most places) Weller tip found here and reasonably priced. Shipping cost is a tad high, but just order a bunch of other stuff you didn't know you need to make the order worthwhile.My 1st ever order arrived complete and fast to WA. I ordered thur afternoon, usps delivered mon.ps. I did worry about their (reportedly) compulsory restocking fee fiasco for an order that doesn't ship...(when they sell something but their sales inventory doesn't match their physical store stock.)

Great service , friendly staff and quite a selection of electrical supplies . Open 6 days a week . My go to spot for parts!
