Elemental Alchemy Ayurveda

Hila's food is absolutely amazing. Everything is made with positive energy and love, and it shows. Our entire family has been nourished by her soups, salads, and entrees. Each week's menu is different, and there's been a great variety over the course of the many months that we've received her meals. We always look forward to seeing what each week's menu will be. Plant-based and free of many common allergens, it's even possible for each member of our family to find something they can have -- this is not easy, and almost impossible at a restaurant. Hila uses quality ingredients, including organic items. Elemental Alchemy's Six Tastes is unlike anything else in Tucson, and I am so grateful that she's in our lives!

Hila has nurtured me and my family with massage, teas, spice blends, consulting and advice. After having a massive allergic reaction to a material administered, we called Hila who helped nurse mom back to health with food and an inflammation reducing diet. Mom called her a genius, I call her a healer. Also LOVE LOVE the medicinal ghee. Have given them to new mommies as gifts for help with nutrient replenishment and nursing support.

HILA created a special tea blend for me when I was trying to get off of Ambien. Her tea was a natural alternative to RX. It worked like a charm and I got some good Zzzzzs. Thank you!

Elemental Alchemy's chef Hila is an incredible chef. I have never tasted Ayurvedic, vegetarian, or vegan food as good as hers since! She does a beautiful job creating a variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner for various diet restrictions and tastes! She also makes amazing ghee that you can get delivered to your home if you do not leave nearby. She puts a lot of heart and love into her work and it truly shows. I feel it every time I reach for my amazing ghee. Flavors that I have now and love: Dandelion ghee, Cinnamon and Ginger ghee, and Shatavari. Highly recommend!

Just had the most delicious meal!! So happy to eat natural, home cooked food that I didn't have to make. It was easy to order and pick up. I might be hooked on this now. Definitely not boring food!
